EMPLOYEE RATIOS. 400 EMPLOYEE RATIOS AND SUPERVISON Each Employer operating under this Section of the Collective Agreement shall employ at least one (1) Communication Electrician or Communication Tech- nician (Network Cabling Specialist) Xxxxxxx. For each Communication Electrician and/or Commu- nication Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Xxxxxxx employed the Employer is permitted to employ up to five (5) employees at a lower classifi- cation. This shall be a shop ratio. On all jobs requiring five (5) or more employees’ one member shall be a Communication Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Xxxxxxx. A Communi- cation Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Xxxxxxx shall not supervise more than twenty (20) employees on any one job.

For each Communication Electrician and/or Desig- nated Senior Technician employed the Employer is permitted to employ up to three (3) employees at a lower classification. This shall be a shop ratio. On all jobs requiring five (5) or more employees’ one member shall be designated as Xxxxxxx. One Xxxxxxx shall not supervise more than fifteen (15) employees on one job within the local union jurisdic- tion. The Xxxxxxx(s) must be qualified and classified as a Network Cabling Specialist (NCS) technician or a communication electrician and paid under the Fore- man rates as per the Local Union Appendix in the jurisdiction where the job is situated.

EMPLOYEE RATIOS. 18.1 The ratio of permanent employees to non-permanent employees shall be in accordance with the Award. Permanency for long-term casuals will be considered as vacancies become available. Permanency will not be unreasonably with held.
EMPLOYEE RATIOS. On each job the Employer will be permitted a total of three (3) technicians or cable installers to each Senior Technician, and a minimum of one (1) Senior Technician on each job excluding the provision for service work as outlined in (2). The Parties to this Agreement may agree to alter this ratio on a job by job basis. On all jobs requiring five (5) or more employees working under the terms of this section one Senior Technician shall be designated as Xxxxxxx by the employer shall be paid above the Senior Technician’s wage package while acting in the capaci- ty of Xxxxxxx.

  • Employee Availability (a) An Employee designated for standby duty shall be available during her period of standby duty at a known telephone number or pager number and be able to report for duty as quickly as possible if called.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Apprentice Ratio 25.9 The Employer recognises that in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of the Employer, a significant commitment to structured training and skill development is required. They also recognise the importance of the apprenticeship system to the construction industry. Therefore, the Parties agree:

  • EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Purpose: To provide the policy and procedures for assessing employee performance and communicating the results of assessment to the employee and to others using assessment information in personnel decisions, and further to express the mutual commitment of the parties to the University’s values.

  • EMPLOYEE EVALUATION 14.1 The purpose of employee evaluation is to support decisions concerning employee discipline, promotion and improvement. Evaluation shall be the responsibility of the immediate supervisor who shall not be a member of the bargaining unit.

  • Performance Rating Describes the Educator’s performance on each performance standard and overall. There shall be four performance ratings:  Exemplary: the Educator’s performance consistently and significantly exceeds the requirements of a standard or overall. The rating of exemplary on a standard indicates that practice significantly exceeds proficient and could serve as a model of practice on that standard district-wide.  Proficient: the Educator’s performance fully and consistently meets the requirements of a standard or overall. Proficient practice is understood to be fully satisfactory.

  • Employee Performance Evaluations Any employee performance evaluation shall be prepared by the employee's supervisor who has the responsibility and authority to prepare such reports. Employee performance evaluation reports shall be discussed with the employee prior to finalization of each category of the report. An employee will receive an appointment with his/her department's reviewing officer to discuss the evaluation by signing the evaluation form in the space provided. Each department shall make a reasonable effort to ensure that the reviewing officer for this purpose has not been a party to the preparation of the evaluation. In no case shall the reviewing officer sign the evaluation form until a review has occurred. Any regular or special evaluation with a rating of "unsatisfactory" shall include plans for employee development. Except in cases of termination, release from probation, or leave of absence, employees who receive an unsatisfactory performance evaluation must receive a follow-up evaluation. The follow-up evaluation shall cover a period of time no greater than ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the final review of the initial unsatisfactory evaluation. An employee shall have the right to submit written comments regarding any evaluation and to have such comments included in his/her personnel file along with the evaluation.

  • Employee Performance Review When a formal review of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss, sign and make written comments on the review form in question and the employee is to receive a signed copy to indicate that its contents have been read. An employee shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) work days to review the performance review prior to providing any response to the Employer, verbally or in writing, with respect to the evaluation.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.
