EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT. (i) The parties to this Agreement recognise that in order to ensure the efficiency, productivity and international competitiveness of Dairy Farmers, an ongoing commitment to structured training and skill development is required. Accordingly, the parties commit themselves to developing a highly skilled and flexible workforce and providing career opportunities through appropriate structured training.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT. 10.1 There will be an integrated career and classification structure within Golden Circle that recognises appropriate linkages between different, yet related, career streams in accordance with national competency standards. Opportunities for cross-skilling will be encouraged to ensure optimal flexibility for Golden Circle, in respect of resource utilisation and for employees, in respect of career opportunities.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT. The parties to this Agreement recognise that in order to ensure the efficiency, productivity and international competitiveness of LACTALIS Australia Ltd in South Australia, an ongoing commitment to structured training and skill development is required. Accordingly, the parties commit themselves to: • Developing a highly skilled and flexible workforce; and • Providing career opportunities through appropriate structured training. In recognition that training is mutually beneficial the following shall apply: A skills matrix will be used to develop a Training Program and Action Plan for each employee. Also, every employee will complete a Personal Development Plan with their Supervisor, ensuring training requirement, a suitable timeframe and estimated cost of training are included. Where practicable, required training and skill development courses will be carried out during normal working time.

Accordingly, the parties commit themselves to: • developing a highly skilled and flexible workforce. • providing employees with career opportunities through appropriate structured training.
