End User Responsibility. Xxxx Atlantic agrees to be responsible for all ----------------------- billing and collection from individual users and that Xxxx Atlantic will pay Genuity on a timely basis, regardless of whether Xxxx Atlantic collects payment fromusers. Xxxx Atlantic agrees to be responsible for all communications to and business relations withusers. Unless Xxxx Atlantic has purchased optional help desk services from Genuity, Xxxx Atlantic shall be responsible for providing all technical support related to DiaLinx Service access for users, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and questions, hot-line support, problem resolution, providing system configuration, installation and support, as applicable and other such services and shall maintain an organization which is highly trained and qualified to provide such support. Xxxx Atlantic is responsible for authenticating and authorizing access by Xxxx Atlantic's users to the DiaLinx Service. Unless Xxxx Atlantic has purchased optional RADIUS hosting services from Genuity, Xxxx Atlantic shall install, operate, and maintain a dedicated RADIUS server meeting the RADIUS specifications published in Internet RFC 2138 and 2139 and all published derivative RFC's. Genuity's RADIUS server will prompt each end user for the end user's identification and password, and poll Xxxx Atlantic's RADIUS server for access information. Unless otherwise additional realms are purchased, Genuity will support up to a maximum of five (5) authentication realms (e.g. xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) per End User.

End User Responsibility. If the Device should become physically damaged through the fault of the End User, then the End User shall be responsible for the cost of the repairs at the Contractor’s regular hourly labor rate for repair service. All supplies and parts necessary for such repair will be reimbursed to the Contractor by the End User at cost. All supplies and parts must be OEM and delivered FOB Destination.
End User Responsibility. The End User is only licensed for the software at the site it is specifically sold to and the end user does not acquire any proprietary rights to the software. The software is not transferable to another end user or site. The End User must provide a system administrator as the single point of contact for POSmate support. The End User should keep their POSmate system upgraded to the latest version at all times. POSmate support personnel may identify the need for a software upgrade. POSmate reserves the right to upgrade the POSmate software to a newer version at any time and labour charges will be incurred for this service.
End User Responsibility. All users of XXXX.XXX computer and communications systems must: 1.1. Use only those computer and communications resources for which they have authorization. Employees are not permitted to use passwords, access a file, or retrieve any stored communication unless permission is given by an authorized XXXX.XXX or its clients or business partner’s representative. Respect the rights and privacy of other systems users and not take advantage of their lack of attention to procedures or unfamiliarity with stated policy. 1.4. Not use computer and communications resources for personal use. 1.5. Not transmit inappropriate, vulgar, obscene, insulting, offensive, or any other voice or data communications to other people or business entities which would reflect unfavorably upon XXXX.XXX or its clients or business partners, or constitute unlawful activity. Prohibited uses of electronic mail (e-mail) and telephone voice mail include but are not limited to, soliciting outside business ventures, advertising for personal enterprises, or soliciting for non-company related purposes. This policy does not prohibit personal messages of a social nature which do not contain otherwise prohibited content. 1.6. Use only his or her own user identification and password to access computer or communications systems. If at any time, a user provides his or her user identification, etc., to another XXXX.XXX or it’s clients or business partners’ employee to ensure completion of production activities, the owner of the user identification, etc., must ensure the identification/password is promptly changed. 1.7. Comply with copyright laws, and hardware and software license agreements. Report unauthorized use of resources, data files or access accounts to their supervisor. 1.8. Supervisors must notify their Division/Plant Managers whenever they receive a report of illegal or unauthorized use of computer or communications systems resources. 1.9. New employees must sign the accompanying form as a condition of employment with the original form filed in Headquarters Human Resources.

  • Customer Responsibility You agree that you are responsible for all access to and use of the Service through your account or password(s) and for any fees incurred for the Service, or for software or other merchandise purchased through the Service, or any other expenses incurred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.   • User Responsibilities i. Users are required to follow good security practices in the selection and use of passwords; ii. Users shall ensure that unattended equipment is protected; and iii. Users shall adopt a clear desk policy for papers and removable storage media and a clear screen policy for information processing facilities.

  • Customer Responsibilities Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.

  • Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for the quality, completeness, accuracy, validity and integrity of the image. You are solely responsible if you, intentionally or unintentionally, submit fraudulent, incorrect or illegible images to us or if Mobile Deposit is used, by authorized or unauthorized persons, to submit fraudulent, unauthorized, inaccurate, incorrect or otherwise improper or unusable images to us.

  • Customer’s Responsibility The policies in this document apply to the use of Data by Customers, Redistributors and their End Customers.
