Energy Assistance Programs. (Universal Service Funds): Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) - HEAP is a federally funded program administered by the Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA). It is designed to help eligible, low-income Ohioans meet the high costs of home heating. For questions or to enroll, Call (000) 000-0000, TDD (000) 000-0000 or write to P.O. Budget Billing: CleanSky's budget billing allows Customers to pay approximately the same monthly amount for electric service, subject to a semiannual adjustment based on actual consumption. Budget billing may be available to Customers who are not delinquent at the time of enrollment onto the billing option. CleanSky may charge or credit any cumulative balance, as appropriate, at least once every 12 months. CleanSky may collect under-recovered costs and/or refund any over-recovered amounts from Customer annually or upon termination of service to the Customer. Customer Information and Authorization: Customer authorizes CleanSky Energy to obtain information from the utility, including account information, historical and future electric consumption, rate classification, meter readings, characteristics of electric service, and billing and payment information. This authorization will remain in effect during the Term and any renewal term of this Agreement. Acceptance of this Agreement is an authorization for the release of the information. By providing telephone numbers, including wireless and work numbers to CleanSky, Customer expressly consents to being contacted at those numbers by CleanSky or a party calling on behalf of CleanSky for any purpose related to Customer's account, or future possible goods or services, including debt-collection, by a live person, pre-recorded voice, and/or automated dialing. If Customer has utilized an agent or broker to contract energy purchases from CleanSky, Customer authorizes CleanSky to disclose to the agent or broker information pertaining to Customer’s electric purchases as applicable. Customer (and Customer's signatory, if signatory is noted as Customer's spouse/civil union partner) agree to CleanSky obtaining a credit report and investigating Customer's (and, if applicable, signatory’s) credit rating, credit history and Utility bill payment status and history.   • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.

The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3. Employees shall be entitled to use accrued sick leave for participation in an Employee Assistance Program. Section 4. Each university will offer training to local Union Stewards on the Employee Assistance Program available in their university, on university time, where an Employee Assistance Program is available.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel. Evaluations for Probationary and Ineffective Teachers:

  • Employee Assistance Plan The District will provide an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) which allows each employee to refer themselves confidentially to the EAP provider. To protect confidentiality, any data which the provider transmits to the District shall be summary only. The Employee Assistance Plan will include individual and/or family counseling.

  • Emergency Assistance Both Parties shall exercise due diligence to avoid or mitigate an Emergency to the extent practical in accordance with applicable requirements imposed by the Standards Authority or contained in the PJM Tariffs and NYISO Tariffs. In avoiding or mitigating an Emergency, both Parties shall strive to allow for commercial remedies, but if commercial remedies are not successful or practical, the Parties agree to be the suppliers of last resort to maintain reliability on the system. For each hour during which Emergency conditions exist in a Party’s Balancing Authority Area, that Party (while still ensuring operations within applicable Reliability Standards) shall determine what commercial remedies are available and make use of those that are practical and needed to avoid or mitigate the Emergency before any Emergency Energy is scheduled in that hour.

  • Employee and Family Assistance Program (a) A province-wide Employee and Family Assistance Program for employees and members of their immediate family, with whom the employee normally resides, shall be provided. (b) This Employer-funded, confidential, assessment/referral service will be monitored by a Joint Committee. The Committee shall consist of two members: one member appointed by the Employer and one member by the Union. Employees representing the Union on this Joint Committee shall be on leave of absence without loss of basic pay for time on this Committee. (c) The Employer will consult with the Union regarding the selection of a service provider. The Employer will not select a service provider to which the Union has reasonable objections. (d) The Joint Committee shall develop an awareness package that can be incorporated into existing supervisor and Union training programs.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Directory Assistance Service 8.3.1 Directory Assistance Service provides local end user telephone number listings with the option to complete the call at the caller's direction separate and distinct from local switching.
