Entitlements While on Leave. Unless otherwise provided in this Article, a unit member on a paid leave of absence shall be entitled to:
a. Return to the same position, or as nearly the same position as possible, which they held immediately before the commencement of the leave.
Entitlements While on Leave. Employees while on leave of absence without pay for any reason for more than 30 days, shall not be eligible for any remuneration from The City of Calgary, including wages, vacation accumulation, statutory holiday entitlement, any other fringe benefits or premiums, nor shall the leave of absence be considered as time accrued towards salary increment increases, except as provided for in other clauses within this Article.
Entitlements While on Leave. Employees who are receiving benefits under WSIB will retain and accumulate seniority.
