Equipment/Uniforms. Section 37.1. The Employer shall supply at no cost to the employees all equipment and uniforms required by the joint uniform committee, in quantities specified by the joint uniform committee. The joint uniform committee will be comprised of three (3) Union representatives, and three (3) representatives designated by the Fire Chief. The joint uniform committee’s recommendation will be accepted and attached as an appendix to this Agreement. If the joint uniform committee cannot reach consensus, then both parties agree to revert to the language contained in the Agreement between the parties effective December 15, 2008.

Equipment/Uniforms. The following equipment will be issued by PSRFA and Covington: PSRFA will provided, a Cell phone, Lap Top, Radio, Uniform & PPE, Covington will provide, a Work Station, Computer with access to City drives, printer and an optional Covington uniform.

Equipment/Uniforms. The City of La Center will replace uniforms and equipment damaged or destroyed, or lost beyond normal wear and tear as per the following schedule for full-time law enforcement employees. At no time are assigned league jerseys to be worn during practice sessions. F. Players must wear their assigned jersey during competition. G. Lettering for a player’s name shall not be placed directly on a jersey. The lettering must be placed on a cloth strip (name bar), which must be sewn on the jersey (not glued or heat applied). H. Team jerseys shall be returned to the Treasurer or Association Designate upon the completion of the final team function in each respective season. I. Any player who causes unnecessary damages to a jersey, or loaned equipment, as decided by the Treasurer, shall be suspended from all activities until the cost of the replacement has been paid. J. Any player who did not return a jersey the previous season shall be suspended from all activities and billed $100.00 for the replacement of cost of each jersey.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living or intending to live at your premises requires life support equipment, you must: (i) register the premises with your retailer or with us; and (ii) provide medical confirmation for the premises. (b) Subject to satisfying the requirements in the Rules, your premises may cease to be registered as having life support equipment if medical confirmation is not provided to us or your retailer.

When necessary, the employer will replenish used or expired survival provisions and damaged and unusable equipment. All supplies and equipment will be returned to the employer when the employee is no longer performing the duties that would require the survival provisions and/or equipment.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.
