Breakdown Time. The bus driver shall be paid regular run wages for all time in excess of their regular contracted run time when the bus driver is required to remain with his/her bus due to an emergency situation, or for time necessary to assist another bus driver in an emergency situation.

Breakdown Time. When a bus driver must wait on his/her run because of a bus breakdown, being stuck, or a similar reason, he/she will be paid at the minimum wage rate per hour in addition to his/her amount for the regular run for the time required beyond that for which he/she is already compensated. Any down time while at work due to weather delay will be paid at the minimum wage rate.
Breakdown Time. A bus driver required to remain with his/her bus after a breakdown shall be paid the federal minimum hourly wage rate in effect at the time. The driver shall be paid the full hourly rate retroactive to the time the bus broke down for any time in excess of one-half (1/2) hour.

Breakdown Time. The Employer shall pay extra trip rate per hour breakdown time in which a driver is required to remain with his/her bus after thirty (30) minutes down time, plus her regular run pay, if the run is missed.
