Expenses and Facilities. 15.1 In addition to the remuneration payable under clause 9 - Wage rates, an employer shall reimburse an employee for all expenses which have been actually and properly incurred by the employee as required by the employer in the discharge of the employee's duties.

If Consultant is requested by the Company to travel outside of the United States, the Company will arrange for business class travel by Consultant.

These benefits will vary in each practice but certain benefits may require your participation. We would recommend that what is offered should compete with your local market. If you have a retirement plan in place, you must be very careful not to violate the terms of the plan. Prior to bringing in an associate this subject needs to be discussed with the plan’s administrator. An average office’s offering would include professional liability, continuing education in the annual range of $250 to $500, supplies and uniforms.)

SemGroup shall reimburse Consultant for all reasonable business expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable travel expenses paid or incurred by Consultant directly in connection with the performance of the Services. In addition, when it is required that the Consultant work out of the Tulsa office, SemGroup shall make available to Consultant without charge appropriate office space, office equipment, secretarial assistance, parking and communications equipment at the Company’s offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma. SemGroup shall make available to Consultant at no or nominal cost such data available to SemGroup related to the Services as reasonably requested by Consultant.
