Expenses and Facilities. 15.1 In addition to the remuneration payable under clause 9 - Wage rates, an employer shall reimburse an employee for all expenses which have been actually and properly incurred by the employee as required by the employer in the discharge of the employee's duties.
15.2 Such expenses as can reasonably be anticipated shall be payable in advance.
15.3 Employees who are required by their employer to use their own motor vehicle in the performance of their duties shall be paid a motor vehicle allowance of the higher of 82 cents per kilometre and the corresponding per kilometre rate in the Award.
15.3.1 The travel allowance shall be restricted to on-the-job motor vehicle usage, provided that where an employee is required to commence work at a location away from the employee's usual work location, the distance for motor vehicle allowance purposes shall be the total distance travelled from the employee's home and return, including on-the-job motor vehicle usage.
15.4 If an employer requires in writing that an employee have a private (fixed line) telephone as part of the employee's work duties, the employer shall pay:
15.4.1 The cost of rental and all telephone calls made as part of the employee‘s work duties; and
15.4.2 If the employer has required in writing that the employee install a private (fixed line) telephone for use in connection with the employer's business, the cost of the installation shall be paid by the employer.
15.4.3 Provided that the employer will as needed provide to field workers mobile telephones for work use or reimburse costs of work calls to and from mobile telephones.
15.5 Any employee who is directed or required by the employer in writing to relocate residence to another area shall be paid reasonable costs for relocating personal and household effects and members of the immediate dependent family. Reasonable costs expressed in this clause are to be the amount agreed upon, in writing, between the employer and the employee prior to relocation.
15.6 If an employee's clothing or personal effects are either damaged or stolen, the employer shall compensate the employee provided that:
15.6.1 The loss must be suffered whilst the employee is engaged on the employer's business;
15.6.2 The loss must not in any way be caused by the employee's own wilful act or neglect;
15.6.3 The maximum compensation shall be $501.20 for a single claim, less any amount of reimbursement from other sources.

Expenses and Facilities. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in fulfilling his duties. The Company shall provide the Executive with suitable office facilities, equipment, supplies, and staff.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall reimburse A&M, Alvarez and the Support Employees for all reasonable xxx-xx-pocket expenses that Alvarez and the Support Employees incur in connection xxxx services rendered hereunder, including the Travel Expenses (as defined below) and reasonable local living expenses, including the cost of renting apartments for Alvarez and the Support Employees, upon presentation from xime to time of an itemized account of such expenses. Alvarez and the Support Employees shall work at the Xxxxxxx's corporate offices in Torrance, California, and the Company shall supply them with adequate facilities and support services. As used in this paragraph, "Travel Expenses" shall mean the costs of travel incurred by Alvarez and the Support Parties in the performance ox xxxxx duties hereunder; provided that (i) in the case of Alvarez, air travel shall be (A) by business class sxxxxxx if available, or first class seating if business class seating is not available, and (ii) in the case of the Support Employees, by business class seating, or coach class seating if business class seating is not available.
Expenses and Facilities. The Company will reimburse Consultant for all reasonable business expenses paid or incurred by Consultant directly in connection with the performance of the Services. If Consultant is requested by the Company to travel outside of the United States, the Company will arrange for business class travel by Consultant.

SemGroup shall make available to Consultant at no or nominal cost such data available to SemGroup related to the Services as reasonably requested by Consultant.

Willbros shall reimburse Consultant for all reasonable business expenses paid or incurred by Consultant directly in connection with the performance of the Services, including club and organizational fees for the term of this Agreement so that Consultant may continue membership in those clubs and organizations in which he was a member in the last year of his service as an employee of Willbros. In addition, while this Agreement remains in effect, Willbros shall make available to Consultant without charge appropriate office space, office equipment, secretarial assistance, parking, communications equipment (including a Blackberry/cell phone the same or equivalent to the smartphone he had as an employee of Willbros) and storage space at the Willbros offices in Houston, Texas.
Expenses and Facilities. Pine shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary travel, entertainment and other expenses which are incurred by him in the performance of his duties. The Company shall pay or reimburse Pine such expenses on presentation, within a reasonable time after such expenses are incurred, of an itemized account of such expenses, together with such vouchers or receipts for individual expense items as the Company may from time to time require under its normal policies and procedures. During the Term, the Company shall provide Pine with all reasonable secretarial assistance and office and technical facilities necessary for the performance of his duties hereunder and suitable to his position.
