VEHICLE USAGE. Employee shall not be furnished a vehicle by Government. Government vehicles are available for use for Government business purposes only, either during or after normal working hours. Proper authorization, including a Government operator's license, is required before Employee may drive a Government vehicle.

VEHICLE USAGE. You must operate the Vehicle safely in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in compliance with all Terms and Conditions of the Contract, including, but not limited to the following terms: (i) Comply with the passenger seating “seat belt” law and child restraint law of any state or province in which Vehicle may be driven. You acknowledge that with any non- compliance of such laws, You are in breach of the Contract and You shall be contributory and/or comparatively negligent to or for any injury resulting from such non-compliance. (ii) Keep the Vehicle properly serviced and in good running order. Lessor will reimburse You for normal maintenance expenditures up to a maximum of $100.00 during the rental period which will be credited towards rental, upon presentation of receipts. All amounts above $100 will require authorization from Lessor by phone toll free 0-000-000-0000. (iii) In the event of an accident resulting in injury to Vehicle occupants or third parties, or damage, loss, or theft to the Vehicle, whether or not due to Your fault, You agree to file an Accident/Vehicle Damage report immediately with the police and secure a copy of a police report and with Lessor by toll-free telephone 0-000-000-0000, and in no case, later than the first to occur of 24 hours after the accident or Your return of the Vehicle to the Lessor. You will obtain at the time of the accident and deliver to Lessor, the name, address, telephone number, driver’s license and description, location, owner’s name and address of injured parties and damaged property. Failure to comply with this provision will deny the Lessor the opportunity to properly investigate the accident, mitigate the claim and will void Vehicle damage protection coverages as provided under the Contract. (see Par. 5, 11 & 12) (iv) Drive on public roads only; stop, park, and overnight in safe areas; and secure Vehicle in a locked position with keys removed, when away from the Vehicle. (v) Fire alarm, propane alarm, and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for Your safety. It is Your responsibility to perform the test procedures daily and to repair or replace any defective device (including battery replacement) prior to continued use of the Vehicle. (vi) Perform safety inspections, including lights, tires, engine, generator, exhaust systems, mirrors, and Vehicle systems daily and correct any damage or defects prior to continued operation of the Vehicle. VEHICLE USAGE. 24.01 When in the course of his/her duty a teacher is required to travel, transportation will be provided by the Board, or, with the approval of the Board, that teacher may be permitted to use his or her own vehicle and be reimbursed at a rate per kilometre equivalent to seventy-two percent (72%) of the area price per litre of regular gasoline. 24.02 Teachers who are authorized to travel on School Board business outside the communities of Labrador City, Wabush, Xxxxx Xxxx or Fermont shall be paid reasonable out-of-pocket expenses as deemed appropriate by the School Board.
VEHICLE USAGE. Each employee who agrees to use his/her own vehicle for official school business at the request of the supervisor shall be reimbursed at the IRS rate for each mile driven while conducting such official school business. The employee shall submit a request for reimbursement to his/her supervisor not later than thirty (30) days after the date on which the expense was incurred.
VEHICLE USAGE. ‌ Any regular employee who is required by their supervisor to use his/her personal car to conduct District business shall be compensated for wear and tear on the vehicle at the approved rate per mile established by the Internal Revenue Service. VEHICLE USAGE. 1.1 The Renter agrees to use and ride the Vehicle according to the basic rules of driving and transit and in accordance with the specifications of use of the Vehicle. 1.2 The Renter agrees not to use the Vehicle and/or not to allow the Vehicle to be used in the following situations: a) For riding on unpaved, or unauthorised, roads or those in such condition that they may represent a risk to the Vehicle; b) For passenger transport for hire or reward or against payment; c) For pushing or towing any vehicle or any other object, whether wheeled or otherwise; d) For participating in sports competitions or events, whether official or otherwise; e) For testing the resistance of materials, accessories or products for the Vehicle (unless authorised by the Owner); f) Where ridden by persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, other toxic substances or any other substances (whether legal or illegal) that directly or indirectly reduce their ability to react; g) For transporting flammable and/or hazardous, toxic, harmful and/or radioactive goods that contravene the applicable legal provisions, as well as the transport of goods having a weight, quantity and/or volume exceeding that authorised by law or by the Vehicle Registration Document; h) For transporting passengers in a number exceeding that authorised, as indicated on the Vehicle Registration Document; i) For transporting live animals (except pets, provided that authorised in advance by the Owner); j) With a luggage carrier or similar device, other than that supplied by the Owner. 1.3 Only the person or persons identified and accepted by the Owner in the Rental Agreement are authorised to ride the Vehicle, provided that they hold valid identification documents (national identity card or passport) and an appropriate driving licence. The riding of Vehicles: a) Mopeds and motorcycles of engine capacity not exceeding 50 cm3 – may be ridden by holders of a category AM driving licence or moped driving licence, and by holders of a category B driving licence; b) Motorcycles of engine capacity not exceeding 125cm3 and of power up to 11kW may be ridden by holders of a category A1 or category B driving licence, if the holder is over the age of 25 years, or, failing that, if a holder of a category AM or moped driving licence; c) Motorcycles of engine capacity exceeding 125cm3 and power over 11kw and under 35kw - may be ridden by holders of a category A2 driving licence: d) Motorcycle with unlimited engine capacity or p...

VEHICLE USAGE. No employee shall be required to operate a personal vehicle in the course of employment as a condition of employment. Employees shall be required to obtain a Nevada driver's license whenever operation of a Company provided vehicle is a requirement of the job. Employee's who are authorized to use personal vehicles in the course of their employment shall be compensated for use of the vehicle at a rate equal to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) maximum mileage expense. Any employee who is authorized the use of a private vehicle during the course of his or her employment shall be provided liability protection under the terms of the public liability and property damage insurance policy maintained by the Company as if the employee were operating a Company-owned vehicle except that if the laws of the State of Nevada establish that the personal insurance policy of the employee shall be the primary insurance, then such consideration shall be first applied. In the event of an accident involving an uninsured motorist where damages to the employee’s private vehicle are not recoverable from the responsible party, then costs of repairing such damage shall be reimbursed by the Company.
