External Market Consideration. 1) When a supervisor has determined that there is a market problem (i.e. employee is under paid in connection with the external market or there is difficulty in recruiting qualified candidates for a position), the supervisor must submit to Human Resources sufficient preliminary external market data from at least two of the standard sources used by the college to justify further review.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Stock Exchange Listing The shares of Common Stock have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market (the “Exchange”), and the Company has taken no action designed to, or likely to have the effect of, delisting the shares of Common Stock from the Exchange, nor has the Company received any notification that the Exchange is contemplating terminating such listing except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

  • Union Bulletin Boards The Employer will provide bulletin boards in each building which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types:
