Extra Payments. An extra payment is not credited to a scheduled install- ment and does not relieve the bor- rower’s responsibility to make sched- uled loan installments, but will reduce the borrower’s FLP indebtedness. Extra payments are applied to FLP loans in order of lien priority except for refunds of unused loan funds, which shall be applied to the loan for which the funds were advanced.
Extra Payments. In addition, the Client "username" will pay the Video provider, (as stipulated in clause 1.4) together with the Consideration, the ancillary expenses, extra payments, additional services and purchases in advance, these “extra payments” will be governed by clause 2.3 of this contract.
Extra Payments. 7.1 Musicians who are temporarily transferred for more than 30 days per year or for any continuous period exceeding 2 consecutive weeks that include a minimum of 7 days of work from their normal position in the Orchestra to a position rated for higher pay, will receive for the appropriate number of hours in excess of these limits the rate applicable to the position to which they are transferred.
7.2 Musicians who undertake the following within contracted hours will be paid an uplift, equivalent to £12.50 hourly rate per hour or part thereof:
7.3 In Period 1 of each orchestral year, each player will receive £200 as a clothing allowance. This allowance will be paid as a one-off payment through the payroll system and will be subject to tax and NI deductions in line with the base salary. This payment will cover any and all dress codes which the players are required to adhere to over the course of each orchestral year.

In addition, the Customer “username” will pay the IO AUDIO Provider, (as stipulated in clause 1.4) together with the Consideration, the ancillary expenses, extra payments, additional services and purchases in advance, these “extra payments” will be governed by clause 2.3 of this contract.
Extra Payments. (NOTE: For the purpose of computing wages, overtime, etc. the additional amounts referred to in this clause form part of the total weekly rate for the work performed, except where otherwise indicated.)
(a) The rates in Clause 7 include a Disability Allowance as set out in Table 1 of Clause 79 of this Agreement that is payable per week to all employees to compensate for the special disabilities associated with the hours worked and the offensive, filthy and obnoxious nature of the duties of sanitary, sullage and garbage employees.
(b) Drivers of vehicles with dual front steering shall be paid the following additional amount per week $9.50.
(c) Drivers of articulated vehicles (except employees in classification Driver Level 6 or Level 7 of vehicles engaged in the collection of sullage) shall be paid the appropriate rate specified and in addition thereto the weekly amount $26.30.
(d) Drivers of motor vehicles with a trailer attached thereto (except employees in classification Driver Level 6 shall be paid $32.90.
(e) Employees who are under 20 years of age will not perform driving duties.
(f) The rates in Clause 7 have been calculated to include the additional week sick leave provisions in Clause 2 of the Transport Industry Waste Collection and Recycling (State) Award 2003.

Extra Payments. Other Charges : to be paid by the Allottees before taking over possession of the said Apartment:
Extra Payments. (A) The Purchaser shall pay to WWG an amount equal to $986,250 in respect of the calendar year associated with FAP, such payment to be made in 2 installments, the first equal to $657,500 on July 1, 2010 (the “First Extra Payment”) and the second equal to $328,750 on or before October 1, 2010 and (B) the Purchaser shall pay to WWG an amount equal to $1,315,000 in respect of the calendar years associated with SAP or TAP, as the case may be, such payments to be made in 4 equal installments of $328,750 on or before the first Business Day of each calendar quarter of the calendar years associated with SAP or TAP, as the case may be (each payment under (A) and (B), an "Extra Payment", and collectively, the "Extra Payments").” Receipt of the First Extra Payment is hereby acknowledged by WWG.
Extra Payments. The Allottee shall, in addition to the consideration mentioned herein, pay to the Promoter the non refundable amounts on several heads or accounts which envisaged and categorically mentioned hereunder and reads as follows:- The Allottee shall pay to the Promoter the following amounts:
(i) Towards Allottee's share of the costs, charges and expenses for procuring electricity connection by way of Transformer, Electric Sub-station for the complex being the sum of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty) per Sq. Ft.
(ii) Towards the Allottee's share of the costs, charges, expenses for common generator and its accessories and providing for supply of power of about 1 KW there from to the Apartment during WBSEDCL power failure, being the lump-sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) only.
