FILING AND MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATES. Members of the bargaining unit shall be responsible for filing with the Superintendent all valid certificates or licenses currently held. It is each teacher’s responsibility to maintain certification or licensure. For current teachers this means all areas valid as of the effective date of this contract. For new teachers this means all areas valid at the time of their employment. A teacher who desires to not renew a specific area may do so only with the written approval of the Superintendent. A teacher who will become eligible for a continuing contract must notify the Treasurer of their expected eligibility by January 5th of the qualifying year.

FILING AND MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATES. 1. Members of the bargaining unit shall be responsible for filing with the Treasurer of the Board all certificates issued to the member by the Ohio Department of Education within ten (10) days of receipt of such certificate or at such other times as shall be required by the terms of this Contract. No right or privilege shall be asserted by a member of the bargaining unit by reason of any certificate not filed by the member as provided herein.

FILING AND MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATES. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein all members of the bargaining unit shall maintain such teaching certificates or licenses as are relevant and necessary for their current assignment. It shall be the responsibility of each member to apply and qualify for the renewal of any such certificate and to file such certificate with the Treasurer of the Board before school starts, if possible, or as soon thereafter as possible, but in any event, not later than October 1 of the school year. Except as noted below, failure to timely file such certificates shall result in the withholding of pay until the certificate is received. In cases where the failure to file such certificate is not the result of teacher negligence or where the teacher is otherwise fully certified but assigned to an area where they are not fully certified, pay shall not be withheld.

  • Establishment and Maintenance of Records GRANTEE shall maintain records, including but not limited to, books, financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, personnel, property, and all other pertinent records sufficient to reflect properly:

  • Maintenance of Coverage The contractor/renter agrees that the commercial general liability (and automobile liability, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and/or liquor liability, if applicable) insurance coverage herein provided for shall be in effect at all times during the term of this contract. In the event said insurance coverage expires or is cancelled at any time or times prior to or during the term of this contract, contractor/renter agrees to provide the fair, prior to said expiration date, a new certificate of insurance evidencing insurance coverage as provided for herein for not less than the remainder of the term of the contract, or for a period of not less than one (1) year. New certificates of insurance are subject to the approval of California Fair Services Authority, and contractor/renter agrees that no work or services shall be performed prior to the giving of such approval. In the event the contractor/renter fails to keep in effect at all times insurance coverage as herein provided, the fair may, in addition to any other remedies it may have, take any of the following actions: (1) declare a material breach by contractor/renter and terminate this contract; (2) withhold all payments due to contractor/renter until notice is received that such insurance coverage is in effect; and (3) obtain such insurance coverage and deduct premiums for same from any sums due or which become due to contractor/renter under the terms of this contract.

  • Maintenance of Records I agree to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions made by me (solely or jointly with others) during the term of my employment with the Company. The records will be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, and any other format that may be specified by the Company.   • Construction and Maintenance There are on-going maintenance, renovation and construction projects taking place in and around the residences. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.

  • Maintenance of and Access to Records The Servicer will maintain each Receivable File in the United States (it being understood that the Receivable Files, or any part thereof, may be maintained at the offices of any Person to whom the Servicer has delegated responsibilities in accordance with Section 6.5). The Servicer will make available to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee or their duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors a list of locations of the Receivable Files upon request. The Servicer will provide access to the Receivable Files, and the related accounts records, and computer systems maintained by the Servicer at such times as the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee direct, but only upon reasonable notice and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Servicer.

  • Ordering and Maintenance CBB shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for CBB to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, CBB shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.
