First Aid Attendant Allowance. An Employee appointed by the Company to render first aid who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications, such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body, will be paid the sum of $14.20 per week for any week for which they are appointed in addition to the Employee's ordinary rate of pay.

First Aid Attendant Allowance. Where an employee, who is recognised by the St. Xxxx Ambulance Association or other similar body as qualified to render first aid, is appointed by the employer as first aid attendant, they will be paid an amount of $9.22 per week in addition to the appropriate classification rate, provided that this amount will not be part of the employee's ordinary weekly wage for other purposes of this award.
First Aid Attendant Allowance. 16.6.1 An employee is entitled to receive the First Aid Attendant Allowance as outlined at Appendix 1D, Allowances, Item No. 1, provided they: (a) hold a current recognised first aid certificate; (b) are designated by Ausgrid as a First Aid Attendant; and (c) carry out the duties as required by Ausgrid of a First Aid Attendant. 16.6.2 Where Ausgrid requires an employee to be a First Aid Attendant Ausgrid will provide for the cost of the required training.

(b) The allowance shall be prorated for partial months. Employees designated to act as the Occupational First Aid Attendant in addition to their normal duties will receive the full allowance while on approved leave with pay of up to 80 hours or while on vacation leave with pay. (c) Where the BCGEU has an additional requirement for a First Aid Attendant on a temporary basis and the employee acts as the First Aid Attendant for a minimum of 48 hours in any pay period, they shall receive the full biweekly allowance. (d) The BCGEU will designate temporary First Aid Attendants from those regular employees holding an appropriate Occupational First Aid Certificate. These designations are in addition to the normal job requirements and are made in order of seniority, in accordance with clause 22.5(b).
First Aid Attendant Allowance. An employee who is appointed by the employer as a first aid attendant will be paid an allowance at the rate of $17.91 per week, where there are 1 – 50 employees. If there are more than 51 employees, the first aid attendant will be paid an allowance at the rate of $22.54 per week.
First Aid Attendant Allowance. If the Employee is a holder of a current First Aid Certificate and is designated as first aid attendants by the Employer to undertake first aid duties shall be paid an allowance of $8.21 per week extra. Effective 1 January 2014, a percentage increase First Aid Payments will be linked to the CPI increase for the year to 30 September 2013. Effective 1 January 2015, a percentage increase to those same allowances will be linked to the CPI increase for the year to 30 September 2014.

F.11 Medical practitionersreimbursement of work related expenses F.11.1 The cost of the annual practising certificate shall be reimbursed in full for all full-time Continuing Doctors working at the Centre. The cost will be reimbursed in full for part-time Doctors where their only income is from the University and pro-rata where they derive income from elsewhere as a medical practitioner. F.11.2 Continuing Doctors will be reimbursed for the following, pro-rata where the Doctor is employed part-time at the Health Centre:  Annual RNZCGP membership fee  Medical indemnity insurance fee. F.11.3 The reimbursement of work-related expenses for fixed term Doctors will be as agreed between the Director and the Doctor, at the commencement of fixed term employment. F.11.4 In the event of the Doctor resigning or his/her employment being terminated, for any reason other than redundancy, before the end of the period to which the reimbursements relate, then where payment has been made in advance, any amount owing shall be repaid to the Centre. F.11.5 Unless another arrangement is agreed in writing with the Director, the repayment is to be deducted from the Doctor’s final salary payment.
