First Aid Education. Where an employee is required by the College to possess a First Aid Certificate, the College shall provide the time and pay the expenses involved in upgrading or maintaining the required Certificate.

First Aid Education. Any member shall be entitled to reimbursement for the applicable course fees for the certificate subject to successful completion of the course. The responsibility to provide proof of payment and successful completion will rest with the member. A member, designated by the Board as the First Aid Attendant in his/her school/site, shall be paid an allowance of $765.00 per annum, effective January 1, 2005, if the member holds a valid Level 2 Certificate or an allowance of $306.00 per annum, effective January 1, 2005, if the member holds a valid Level 1 Certificate.
