First Aid Ticket. If a First Aid Ticket is required by the Employer, the following premiums will apply: Level 2 Ticket $0.50 per hour Level 3 Ticket $0.75 per hour
First Aid Ticket. The Company shall reimburse the First-Aid Attendant for all costs incurred in the maintenance and successful course completion of First-Aid tickets required in the performance of their duties. Such reimbursement shall be paid no later than two (2) weeks after receipt of proof of incurred costs including lost time as follows: (a) Level 1: Up to 8 hours, to include the course and exam (b) Level 2: Up to 40 hours for the course and up to 8 hours for the exam. The senior First-Aid Attendant shall have a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour each week on company time to attend the needs of the First-Aid Room. If a First Aid Attendant terminates his/her employment or position, prior to expiry of one (1) year after completion or maintenance of the first aid ticket, he/she shall be required to refund the payment he/she received for the cost of the First Aid Course and up to forty (40) hours for the course and eight (8) hours for the exam. Such reimbursement shall be made on a prorated basis, and the reimbursable amount shall be calculated as follows: Total cost multiplied by (12 minus the number of completed months since certification) divided by 12.

This premium will only be paid when the employee is designated to be the site first aid attendant and responsible for first aid duties in addition to their normal duties. (b) The Employer agrees to pay the cost including wages of required courses in order that an employee may maintain any Employer required first aid certification.

First Aid Ticket. (a) An employee selected to provide plant First Aid coverage will be paid a premium of fifty-five cents (55¢) per hour in addition to his classification rate. Level 2 ticket required. To encourage first aid coverage, the Company will pay the Industrial First Aid training course fee in advance for the selected employee. (b) The Company will pay four (4) daily straight time hours at the employee's classification rate to a maximum of forty (40) hours, while the selected employee is attending a certification renewal course which results in time lost from his normal work.
