Fiscal Year 2019-2020. Effective June 30, 2019, all salary ranges for employees holding positions in classifications assigned to AEA shall be increased by approximately 3%.
Fiscal Year 2019-2020. Effective June 30, 2019, all salary ranges for employees holding positions in classifications assigned to MEF shall be increased by approximately 3%.
Fiscal Year 2019-2020. Effective on the first full bi-weekly pay period on or after March 1, 2020, the University shall provide a 3% percent base-building increase to all bargaining unit employees. Trade Lead Classifications shall receive a base building increase in accordance with Section D., below.
Fiscal Year 2019-2020. 1. For Fiscal Year 2019/2020, effective on the first full pay period in October of 2019 (October 6, 2019, eligible bargaining unit employees, who on their most recent annual performance review or other performance-based evaluation program received a rating of “Meets Overall Expectations” or “Exceeds Overall Expectations” will receive a three percent (3.0%) base salary increase (within the salary range). Those current employees recently hired and who have yet to receive their annual performance review for their current position as of October 5, 2019, shall also receive the three percent (3.0%) base salary increase. To be eligible, employees must be employed in a Bargaining Unit position as of the effective date, and be employed by the County as of October 5, 2019.
Fiscal Year 2019-2020. 1. For Fiscal Year 2019/2020, either party, upon written request, can reopen Article 28, Wages and Compensation and three (3) Articles each. Thereafter, this Agreement shall remain in effect, except for any provisions which specifically expire or are date specific, until a successor agreement is approved by the Board of Broward County Commissioners.
Fiscal Year 2019-2020. The Miami-Dade Schools Fraternal Order of Police is currently benefitting from a “Secure Our Future Referendum” yearly recurring supplement. The intent of this supplement is to increase the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department, and to maintain a highly trained police force that is paid comparably according to a department of their size. As such, the proposed increase to the Referendum Supplement (RRAS) is based on experience in the department. Additionally, the RRAS supplement would be improved by the following: 0-5 years of service in the M-DSPD increases individual supplement by $3,000.00 6-10 years of service in the M-DSPD increases individual supplement by $4,000.00 11-15 years of service in the M-DSPD increases individual supplement by $5,000.00 16+ years of service in the M-DSPD increases individual supplement by $5,500.00 The aforementioned improvements will go into effect for all eligible employees on July 1, 2020, and will continue until the sunset of the referendum in 2023. The parties agree to renegotiate these improvements only if the Certified School Tax Value decreases or if prompted by legislative action. For full-time referendum-eligible employees, the parties agree to negotiate an additional RRAS increase for 2019-2020 after the conclusion of the 2020 Legislative Session of 3%, to eligible bargaining unit members on the B6 Salary Schedule starting at step 1A of officer rank, retroactive to July 1, 2019, to be implemented in 2020-2021 and contingent upon referendum funding availability.
