Follow-up Conference. 1. Follow-up conferences will be granted, at an employee or administrator’s request.
Follow-up Conference. 1. Conferences might relate to the observation/evaluation in areas including, but not limited to, varied techniques of instruction, varied activities utilized, depth of lesson plans and their execution, organization and management of the class and classroom, full utilization of class time, degree of maximum pupil participation, classroom atmosphere, motivating techniques, maximum use of equipment, supplies and materials and other instructional techniques as they might relate to specific subject areas.
Follow-up Conference. 15.2.5.1 After separate evaluations have been completed and collected, and faculty have access to all completed peer and manager evaluations, a face-to-face conference with the appropriate administrator shall be scheduled with the evaluee to discuss the proposed evaluation and recommendation(s). The evaluee may have an AFT representative present at the conference, when an unsatisfactory evaluation and/or disciplinary action will be discussed as a part of the performance evaluation.
Follow-up Conference. A conference shall be held after a reasonable time, but in no event later than one (1) year, to review the circumstances of the written reprimand. If at this conference, the decision is made that the problem has been resolved, a written statement indicating such shall be placed in the teacher's personnel file.
Follow-up Conference. If after any observation or evaluation conference, a unit member has concern involving the evaluation or observation report, a second conference shall be held upon request. The unit member may have a representative present.
Follow-up Conference. After reviewing the notes, teachers may request a follow-up conference to discuss the evidence collected.
