The following days are considered paid holidays: *New Year's Day Good Friday **Easter Monday Victoria Day *Canada Day Labour Day Thanksgiving Day *Christmas Day *Boxing Day NOTE: * refer to Article XII, 12.03 ** when it does not fall within mid-winter break Payment for paid holidays shall be on the basis of the number of hours worked per week divided by five and multiplied by the appropriate hourly rate in order to establish the paid holiday rate.
