Forklift Drivers. The payment of all Forklift allowance(s) as designated will cease from the 26th February 1997. Operators who are licensed to operate forklifts will receive payment under cluster 23 – Forklift Driving and Servicing of Departments only.
Forklift Drivers. Employee’s who are designated as Forklift Operators will be paid at Level 4 of the Olex wage scale. Level 4 Forklift Operators are not entitled to the payment of Cluster 23 – Forklift Driving and Servicing off Departments as they are paid at a rate which recognises forklift driving. SKILL ENHANCEMENTAUDIT PROCESS On the 1st July each year the skill clusters obtained by each employee will be reviewed. The review is to be conducted by either the department Manufacturing Co-ordinator or Manager. The review will take into account machine and employee movements and the employee’s performance of the skills they are paid for. REMOVAL OF A CLUSTER FROM AN EMPLOYEE A skill cluster may be taken away from an employee in the following circumstances *Where an employee following consultation with the employees representative continues to refuse to perform a skill for which they are paid, payment for the skill will be removed immediately. *In the situation where a machine or employee has been moved and the employee is unable to utilize their skill clusters, the following will occur before payment for the cluster is removed.

Packing, case size and weights shall take into consideration, where appropriate, the remoteness of the goods’ final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Speed The relative importance we attach is “high”.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises.
