Formal Evaluation Conference. A meeting between the Teacher and his/her Principal for the purpose of receiving the Principal’s formal evaluation. This conference shall normally be scheduled within five (5) working days after the formal observation. No formal evaluation of a Teacher shall take place until a Principal has acquainted each Teacher under his/her supervision with the evaluation procedures, standards, and instruments. Within the first three (3) weeks of any given school year, building Principals will meet with all Teachers scheduled for formal evaluation within the current school year in order to explain the evaluation process, answer any questions or concerns, and distribute the formal evaluation instrument.

  • Evaluation Conference The final evaluation conference shall occur not later than the end of the fall term. The purpose of the final evaluation conference is to discuss with the probationary employee the results of the evaluation and announce the team’s recommendation. The evaluation team shall determine what additional evaluation activity shall occur during the spring term. If the team recommends that the District not employ the professor for the following year, no evaluation activities in the spring are necessary.

  • Formal Evaluation All formal evaluations of personnel shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the employee concerned by an administrator or supervisor of the District.

  • JOINT CONFERENCE BOARD (a) A Joint Conference Board shall be formed which will be composed of the Board of Directors of the Boilermaker Contractors' Association of British Columbia, and Members of Local Lodge 359 as appointed by the Business Manager.
