Movement on Schedule. Effective July 1, employees will be entitled to career increment increases only upon satisfactory job performance. Movement from the Teacher Aides Salary Schedule to the Teaching Assistant schedule will occur when an employee is awarded a teaching assistant position and he or she has achieved continuing certification.
