FREEZE. 5.01 While bargaining continues, and until the right to strike or lock out has accrued pursuant to this protocol, the terms and conditions of the current Standard Agreement shall continue in full force and effect and neither party nor any Producer shall threaten to alter or alter any of the terms thereof. In particular, without limiting the generality of the foregoing no Producer shall alter any rates or any other term of the current Standard Agreement or any right or privilege of any Guild Member in the bargaining unit or any right or privilege of the District Council until the requirements of Paragraph
7.01 of this protocol have been met, unless the District Council gives consent to the alteration in writing.
FREEZE. FLEXI members may freeze their membership for a minimum period of 4 weeks for $1.50 a week paid on the same fortnightly billing system as regular billing.
FREEZE. Some members of Beauty Bank may be presented with the option to “Freeze” their membership. To be eligible for Freeze, you must be out of your Beauty Bank Probationary Period and not have any prior declines. Freeze may not be offered to all patients and is not always available during the calendar year. Freeze has a separate agreement that will be sent to the Beauty Bank Registrant if they are eligible. When Freeze is a presented option, it is only available for up to 6 months per registrant and costs $22 per month. The $22 per month is not applied to your Beauty Bank Balance. Eligible Beauty Bank Members who are presented with the option to Freeze may only utilize this 1 (one) time in the life of their membership. Additional Terms & Conditions:
FREEZE. If a Freeze occurs, then effective from such date until all CM Costs have been paid in full, the Owner who has assumed the Defaulting Owner’s Future Payment Obligations will pay the Defaulting Owner’s Incremental Freeze CP Percentage of all CM Costs, and the Defaulting Owner with respect to which the Freeze occurred will not pay its Ownership Percentage of CM Costs.
FREEZE. A Transfer that occurs as the result of a Freeze pursuant to a process instituted by the Management Committee in accordance with Section 14.2.5;
FREEZE. You may freeze your TGP membership at any time pursuant to the following terms: (i) you must provide written notice to the TGP Club within ten days before your next scheduled Dues Payment Date; (ii) a $10 monthly freeze fee will be charged to your account; (iii) you shall not accrue or use your Membership Benefits while your TGP membership is frozen;
FREEZE. FFC will freeze the portion of the membership affected by medical, business travel or Military purposes only. To freeze your membership you must provide FFC management statement from the treating physician or orders from the military branch of service and or in company letterhead that you are unable to use FFC’s club and or reason of living the state. Upon receipt of this statement, FFC will freeze your membership or the balance portion of your membership that has been affected For medical, business and or military purposes through the date designated in the letter from your physician or through the date designated on your military orders and or company. Unless otherwise specified, the freeze period will be for a period of up to 90 days only. Aeer the freeze period of up to 90 days, your membership or the portion of your membership that has been affected will automatically reactivate. FFC does not permit retroactive freezes. FREEZE. (a) In the event an employee receives a year-end evaluation rating of ineffective, the employee’s salary shall be frozen for the next succeeding school year and the employee shall not progress on the salary schedule. Upon receiving a subsequent year-end evaluation rating of minimally effective or higher, the employee shall (upon commencement of the next school year) resume progression on the salary schedule from his/her prior “step” (i.e. without making up the lost step).
(b) In the event an employee receives a year-end evaluation rating of minimally effective, the employee shall be allowed to progress to the next salary schedule “step” (but only if unit employees in general are allowed to do so); provided, however, that the salary increase the employee receives for the next school year shall be one-half (1/2) of the increase the employee would otherwise receive. (For example, an employee subject to this paragraph would move to the next step, but if the dollar value of the step movement would normally be $1,500, the employee would instead receive a salary increase of $750). Upon receiving a subsequent year-end evaluation rating of effective or higher, the employee shall (upon commencement of the next school year) receive the full step and salary increase to which he/she may then be entitled.
FREEZE. The smart contract makes it possible for the Company to "freeze" the Tokens, i.e. to prevent execution of transactions on the blockchain until the Company puts an end to the freeze. This function may be used, e.g., to block transactions in case of a "hard fork" of the blockchain, pending a decision of the Company as to which version of the blockchain it will support.
FREEZE. “Freeze” means a restriction on a pilot's ability to be awarded a different Equipment or Status.
