General Code of Conduct. All BUCS sanctioned representative team members must
a. respect the rights, dignity and worth of others b. be fair, considerate and honest in all dealings with others c. be professional in, and accept responsibility for their actions
d. make a commitment to providing quality service
e. operate within the rules of the sport including national and international guidelines which govern the sport
f. not use one’s involvement with BUCS to promote one’s own beliefs, behaviours, or practices where these are inconsistent with those of BUCS g. maintain high personal behaviour standards at all times
h. conduct oneself in a professional manner relating to language, temper and punctuality
i. refrain from any form of harassment of others j. refrain from any behaviour that may bring BUCS into disrepute k. not consume alcohol unless in an approved area, in line with relevant liquor licensing regulations l. not be unduly intoxicated (in the opion of the TL / other event official) at any event venue or official or unofficial social functions of, or associated with, the event m. not use any illegal drug from the time of notification of selection or appointment until departure from the team n. comply with all reasonable directions of BUCS o. not act in an unlawful manner p. understand the repercussions if one acts to breach, or are aware of any breaches of, this Code of Conduct
General Code of Conduct. While at the Golf Club facilities, Member shall conduct himself or herself in a manner that is not abusive, combative or disruptive to other players or staff.
General Code of Conduct. 4.1. EduBoost School adheres to and upholds a strict Code of Conduct and the wider supporting policies, which sets out the required behaviour of the student whilst attending EduBoost School.
4.2. The General Code of Conduct is annexed hereto as Annexure “C” to Section B of this agreement.
4.3. The student undertakes to adhere to the Code of Conduct and procedures of EduBoost School. The School has the right within its sole discretion to add to and/or amend/update the Code of Conduct rules, policies and procedures from time to time. Sufficient notice of any changes to the rules, policies and procedures of the Code of Conduct will be sent to the parent(s)/guardian(s) of the student.
4.4. Any and all changes will be published on the school website and be available in hard copy in the school office.
4.5. It is the responsibility of each parent/guardian and student to familiarise themselves with the Code of Conduct and procedures, and signature of this agreement will constitute prima facie evidence that the Code of Conduct and procedures have been read by each parent/guardian and student.
4.6. Should the parent(s)/guardian(s) or student require assistance in understanding the Code of Conduct and procedures, it is their responsibility to contact EduBoost School immediately for assistance.
4.7. The parent(s)/guardian(s) hereby confirm that they understand that if a student contravenes the Code of Conduct and its procedures, the prescribed disciplinary action will be taken by EduBoost School.
General Code of Conduct. As appropriate, all are required to:
1.1 Demonstrate personal integrity and respect by maintaining high standards of behavior, politeness and sportsmanship at all times.
1.2 Abide by the standard that the use of drugs banned or restricted by the IOC, IBU, Biathlon Canada or any Act of Parliament is PROHIBITED.
1.3 Acknowledge that injury or illness, which in the opinion of the Coach and the National Team Physician may compromise a Biathlete’s ability to perform to their best ability, may result in the removal of that Biathlete from the team.
1.4 Demonstrate respect for all the team members (athletes, coaches, the manager/team leader, massage therapist, physiotherapist, doctor, etc.). Disrespect will not be tolerated.
1.5 Demonstrate respect for all the members of Biathlon Canada and the IBU, including the Officials, members of the Organizing Committee and Competitors from any other teams.
1.6 Demonstrate commitment to the National Team Program and Biathlon Canada by participating in all National Team marketing and promotional activities, and other general activities as required.
1.7 Demonstrate respect and an acceptable level of responsibility to National Team Sponsors and Suppliers.

General Code of Conduct. All employees are expected to represent La Center to the public in a professional manner that is courteous, efficient and helpful. Employees must maintain a clean and neat appearance appropriate to their work assignment, as determined by their position and supervisor. Since the proper working relationship between employees and the City depends on each employee’s ongoing job performance, professional conduct and behavior, the City has established the following minimum standards of personal conduct: basic tact and courtesy towards customers, potential customers and fellow employees; adherence to City policies, procedures, safety rules and safe work practices; compliance with directions from supervisors and management; preserving and protecting the City’s equipment, grounds, facilities and resources; and providing orderly and cost-efficient services to its customers and abiding by the Anti-Disruption Policy set forth in this policy manual.
