Full-Time Practice. Upon employment with an Aspirus-related entity, the Student agrees to render patient services on a full-time basis during the Practice Period in a service area of the Aspirus system.
Full-Time Practice. Physician agrees to operate a full time practice in the specialty of General Surgery, at the rate of 4.5 days per week and a minimum of 9 days per 14 day period, with a minimum rolling average every four weeks of 36 hours per week, and a minimum of forty-eight (48) weeks per year; provided, however, that Physician may take two (2) weeks of vacation and up to an additional two (2) weeks for continuing medical education. Physician agrees to arrange continuous call coverage for his patients and participate in the established rotation for call in the emergency room. Physician agrees to open his practice on or before October 1, 1998.
Full-Time Practice. The Physician shall provide professional _______________ services in ______, Washington, on a full-time basis (the "Practice") at a location approved in advance by the District. The Recruited Physician shall provide inpatient and outpatient services not fewer than [ days or __________ hours] per week. The Physician shall not provide professional medical services outside the scope of this Agreement. The Physician shall be available for consultations on matters within the Physician's area of specialty, either at the Hospital or by telephone, on a 24-hour-per-day, 7-day-per-week basis, unless other appropriate coverage arrangements are made in advance. The Physician shall take no more than [_________ days] of leave during any 12-month period of this Agreement. Leave shall include any period of time during which the Physician is unable to provide for any reason the services specified in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, leave for vacation, medical education, sick time and holidays.
Full-Time Practice. Physician agrees to operate a full time practice in the specialty of Family Practice. Full time practice is defined as not less than forty (40) hours per week, including not less than thirty-two (32) hours in the . Physicians will not provide medical services or be engaged as a physician except to patients of the , whether through employment, contract or self-employment, except with the written consent of the Clinic at its sole discretion.
Full-Time Practice. Physician shall establish on or before February 11, 2003 and, during the term of this Agreement, maintain and actively pursue a full-time Pediatrics practice in Mahoning County, Ohio. Physician shall be available not less than 40 hours per week to provide Direct Patient Contact in Physician’s practice recognizing that Physician shall be entitled to reasonable time off for vacations, seminars, etc. “Direct Patient Contact” shall mean and include time spent on office, hospital and clinic visits, surgery, dictation of charts, telephone consultation and related patient service performed by the Physician. Physician shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation which includes time off for Continuing Medical Education.
