Full-time Schedules. A full-time employee is defined as any member of the bargaining unit working forty (40) hours per week, and the normal working day shall consist of eight (8) hours, commencing at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. Exceptions to the normal working day shall be handled through the posting of the variance at the time the position is filled.

Full-time Schedules. The Employer agrees that the Part Time (Core Shifts) outlined in Schedule D is expected to increase the current number of full and partial weekends as days off for full time employees. The Employer agrees that in the annual shift picks, schedules will include a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total full-time lines that have full weekends and/or partial weekends as days off. The Employer agrees that of the total full-time lines that have full weekends or partial weekends as days off, a minimum of ten percent (10%) will be full weekends as days off.   • Wage Schedules The Parties shall, upon completing a wage adjustment calculation, forthwith prepare, publish, post and distribute a wage schedule resulting therefrom. The final determination of the wage schedules shall be issued no later than the 7th day of March or September, for the May and November adjustments, respectively.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A.

  • Regular Work Schedules The regular work schedule for overtime-eligible employees will not be more than forty (40) hours in a workweek, with two (2) consecutive calendar days off and starting and ending times as determined by the requirements of the position and the Employer. The Employer may adjust the regular work schedule with prior notice to the employee.

  • Part-time Scheduling Subject to Section B of this Article, the Employer and the Association endorse the principle that less than full time equivalent ("FTE") positions shall, within reason, be expected to work a biweekly work period that equates to an eighty (80) hour work period multiplied by the position's FTE. (e.g., 80 hours @ .75 = 60 hours). It is further understood by both parties that ASF Members assigned to less than a FTE position may be required, during the peak work periods, to exceed their normal biweekly work period. FLSA non-exempt ASF Members who work a part-time schedule will earn overtime for hours worked in excess of forty (40) in a work week. The Employer agrees to review any ASF position that is less than one (1) FTE if the Association can demonstrate that the position has regularly been required to work a work period that substantially exceeds the normal work period as defined above, and adjust the FTE of the respective position as deemed appropriate by the Employer.

  • HOURS AND WORK SCHEDULES 1. The basic department, agency or other operational unit work schedules and practices, including work schedules or practices peculiar to particular classes, in effect on the effective date of this Agreement, shall not be changed without the employer informing MSEA-SEIU in advance and negotiating the impact of such changes, if requested, on the affected employees. Negotiations shall occur no longer than a thirty (30) day period prior to the implementation of the change. If the parties have not reached agreement within the thirty (30) day period, the obligation to bargain shall continue.

  • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.

  • APPENDIX 2 TO THE STANDARD CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES This Appendix forms part of the Clauses and must be completed by the parties. Description of the technical and organisational security measures implemented by the data importer in accordance with Clauses 4(d) and 5(c) (or document/legislation attached):

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).
