Funding Acknowledgement. The Organisation will acknowledge any Funding support provided by the Victorian Government as specified in any Applicable Departmental Policy and any Schedule.
Funding Acknowledgement. All written brochures, training materials, curriculum and other written materials whose development is supported in whole or in part with funds provided under this Contract must contain a funding acknowledgement. The specific language required will be provided by WWP upon CONTRACTOR request.
Funding Acknowledgement. GRANTEE shall acknowledge the Napa County Board of Supervisors as a funding source, and include the County seal where GRANTEE'S logo is used, in accordance with the County Graphic Standards Manual, in any related articles, news releases or other publicity materials for the projects funded under this Agreement and by including the following statement on materials: "This organization is funded, in part, by the Napa County Board of Supervisors."

Any press releases, newsletters, promotional flyers or other media used to announce or provide information about the grant or the activities you are undertaking in relation to this grant must include information about the source of the funding as follows:

If during the Term the Organisation becomes aware of any matter that gives rise to an actual or potential Conflict of Interest, the Organisation will: immediately give written notice to the Department of the actual or potential Conflict of Interest and of the steps the Organisation proposes to take to resolve or manage the actual or potential Conflict of Interest; make full disclosure to the Department of all relevant information relating to the actual or potential Conflict of Interest; and take such steps as the Department may, if the Department chooses to, reasonably require to resolve or manage the actual or potential Conflict of Interest. If the Organisation fails to notify the Department, or is unable or unwilling to resolve or deal with the Conflict of Interest as required by the Department, the Department may terminate this Agreement under clause 14 [Termination of Agreement]. 6RECORDKEEPING Financial Records The Organisation will keep full and accurate Records so that:
Funding Acknowledgement. All materials developed wholly or in part by the funding provided under the Contract shall state that “The funding for the (insert name of project) was funded (in part, if applicable) by a grant from the Montana Department of Commerce.” Any variations from this language must be approved by the Department prior to use. The Department of Commerce logo is also available for use upon request.
Funding Acknowledgement. 14.1 You must acknowledge the support of both Arcadia and t British Library in all publications, conference presentations and public statements including all online publications, blogs and vlogs and all other social media and online media posts, publications and publicity using the acknowledgment statement which we will communicate to you.
14.2 You must provide us with the full citation (and where possible a copy of the work) of any publication that includes the funding acknowledgment referred to in Clause 14.1.
14.3 Other than under Clause 14.1, you must not state or imply that the British Library or Arcadia funds or endorses your activities.
14.4 You must immediately withdraw any public statement, press release or other statement which refers to us or Arcadia if we ask you to.

Grantee is required to acknowledge RPOSD’s financial assistance for each project that has been awarded funding consistent with the conditions set forth in the GAM, which may include, without limitation: (1) printed and promotional materials, (2) social media, and (3) project signage.

RECORDKEEPING Financial Records The Organisation will keep full and accurate Records so that: all financial transactions, including receipts and payments, from the Funding are clearly and separately identifiable; if required by Law or the Victorian Aboriginal Heritage Council, financial statements under the Australian Accounting Standards can be prepared; if required by Law or the Victorian Aboriginal Heritage Council, the Organisation’s accounts and Records can be audited in accordance with Australian Auditing Standards; and all of the Organisation’s taxation liabilities and payments can be clearly identified.
