General Personnel Requirements. The following requirements apply to the entire crew performing work on this contract. (a) Badges - All Contractor employees shall display identification badges, such as a TWIC card. (b) Uniforms - All Contractor employees shall wear a Contractor furnished uniform and safety shoes. The Contractor shall be required to procure uniform and safety shoes. Contractor shall provide uniforms suitable to the environmental conditions. The uniforms shall be professional in appearance and be kept neat and clean. The uniforms shall have identification on front and back and the employee names and company name shall be visible on the front of outer clothing. (c) The Contractor shall test all crewmembers with pre-employment drug screening and develop a random drug testing drug program in accordance with CFR Title 46 Chapter I, Subchapter B, Part 16, Subpart B, Section
General Personnel Requirements. Safety is of paramount importance in all issues related to the activities covered under this SOW. Due to high pressure and/or temperatures, as well as cryogenic conditions, knowledge of, and strict adherence to, NASA, GRC, ASME, ANSI, DOT and other applicable national codes and standards is imperative. The Contractor shall ensure that personnel performing this work possess a comprehensive understanding of their duties and all applicable codes and standards. The Contract shall provide a report to the COR that provides proof of certification and qualifications of their employees who perform PV/S certification work. The proof of certification and qualifications report is due 15 days after Contract start date, then on the 1st day of every September and March. See Section J Attachment X-X-11.2.1 for further general personnel requirements details. The following specialized skills will be required to perform pressure system certification.

  • Procedural and Operational Requirements By accepting and using the Financial Assistance awarded under this Agreement and for this Program Element, LPHA agrees to conduct the following activities in accordance with the indicated procedural and operational requirements: a. LPHA must operate its Communicable Disease program in accordance with the Requirements and Standards for the Control of Communicable Disease set forth in ORS Chapters 431, 432, 433 and 437 and OAR Chapter 333, Divisions 12, 17, 18, 19 and 24, as such statutes and rules may be amended from time to time. b. LPHA must use all reasonable means to investigate in a timely manner all reports of Reportable Diseases, infections, or conditions. OHA may provide assistance in these investigations, in accordance with OAR 333-019-0000. LPHA must establish and maintain a single telephone number whereby physicians, hospitals, other health care providers, OHA and the public can report Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks to LPHA 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. LPHA may employ an answering service or 911 system, but the ten-digit number must be available to callers from outside the local emergency dispatch area, and LPHA must respond to and investigate reported Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks. e. LPHA must attend Communicable Disease 101 and Communicable Disease 303 training. f. LPHA must attend monthly Orpheus user group meetings or monthly Orpheus training webinars.

  • Accessibility Requirements Under Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 2054, Subchapter M, and implementing rules of the Texas Department of Information Resources, the System Agency must procure Products and services that comply with the Accessibility Standards when those Products are available in the commercial marketplace or when those Products are developed in response to a procurement solicitation. Accordingly, Grantee must provide electronic and information resources and associated Product documentation and technical support that comply with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Overtime requirements No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.

  • Minimum Vendor Legal Requirements Vendor shall remain aware of and comply with this Agreement and all local, state, and federal laws governing the sale of products/services offered by Vendor under this contract. Such applicable laws, ordinances, and policies must be complied with even if not specified herein.
