Grease. Grease is flammable and should be handled carefully. Do not use water on grease fires. Flaming grease outside of utensil can be extinguished with baking soda or, if available, a multipurpose dry chemical or foam type extinguisher. Let fat cool before attempting to handle it. Do not allow grease to collect around the oven or in vents. Wipe up spillovers immediately.
Grease. CDBF is not responsible for the disposal of grease. Vendor must properly dispose of all grease. No dumping in storm drains, grounds, sewers, or the lake is allowed.

Any grease deposit that appears to be emanating from both the Township and Borough tributary areas shall be removed promptly by both municipalities and the cost of such removal shall be shared equally. Additionally, a Point of Connection down slope of any grease deposit discovered in a Township or Borough tributary area shall be inspected promptly by the municipality corresponding to the Point of Connection after the clearing of the upslope grease deposit. Any grease deposits found at such Point of Connection shall be addressed pursuant to the quarterly inspection procedures. The Township shall submit to the Borough an annual report on the results of the above-referenced grease inspections. If the Township must use cleaning materials to remove the grease from the Collection System, the Township or contractor performing the work must obtain prior written approval from the Borough’s Treatment Plant Superintendent. Any materials determined to be harmful to the operation of the Treatment Plant in the Borough’s reasonable opinion shall be prohibited. The following is deemed acceptable and approved: Protein Matrix dripped into a pumping station wet well to control fat/oil/grease accumulations. All restaurants, food preparation facilities, automotive servicing facilities and any establishment where fats, oils or greases in amounts greater than 100 mg/L shall be required to install appropriate grease interceptors and/or grease traps at the owner’s expense. The Township shall require these facilities to maintain the grease interceptors and grease traps on a routine schedule as recommended by the manufacturer of the equipment. Purchaser shall complete form AD-1047 and provide to the Contracting Officer upon request.   • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Wash all machine-washable bedding, drapes, and clothing, on the hottest water temperature and dry on the highest heat setting. Items that cannot be washed must be taken to a dry cleaner who MUST be informed of the issue. You must safely discard ALL items that cannot be decontaminated.

  • Wastewater investments in the construction, material enhancement, or renewal of infrastructure that supports wastewater and storm water collection, treatment, and management systems. Note: Investments in health infrastructure (e.g., hospitals, long-term care facilities, convalescent centres, and senior centres) are not eligible. Eligible Expenditures will be limited to the following: 1. Infrastructure investments – expenditures associated with acquiring, planning, designing, constructing, or renovating a tangible capital asset and any related debt financing charges specifically identified with that asset. 2.   • Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit.   • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

If it appears from this first conversation that you are potentially eligible, a LIFE Provider and Independent Enrollment Broker representative will contact you to explain the program, obtain further information about you, and to schedule in person or tele-visits. During these visits: • You will learn how the LIFE Program works, the services LIFE offers, and the answers to any questions you may have about LIFE. • The LIFE Provider and/or Independent Enrollment Broker will explain that if you enroll, you must agree that all of your healthcare services will be provided and/or coordinated by LIFE, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services). • The LIFE Provider will have you sign a release allowing the LIFE Provider to obtain your past medical records so the LIFE health team can fully assess your health conditions. You will be encouraged to visit the LIFE Center to see what it is like. If you are interested in enrolling, a LIFE Provider representative and the Independent Enrollment Broker will assist you with the enrollment process.
