GUESTS OBLIGATIONS. The Guest shall use the premises for residential purposes only and agree to keep the premises in as good repair and condition as found. The Guest agrees that parties, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions or other such events must have prior approval at the time of the Reservation, and that failure to disclose this information could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. Guests are bound by all regulations of the Victoria County Condominium Corporation #2. The Guest agrees to be responsible for any property broken or lost and for any extraordinary cleaning required to return the premises to the condition it was in before the Guests occupancy, and agrees that such costs may be charged to the Guest. The Guest will not sub-let the property or assign this agreement without the written consent of MacAulay Resorts Ltd. The Guest further agrees to the following: Upon vacating, the Guest is to leave the premises tidy and to return the keys to the Front Desk at Inverary Resort. Smoking is prohibited in the residence. Use of any recreational equipment such as bicycles, canoes, kayaks or boats, etc. at Inverary Resort if any, is at the Guests own risk. Where golf is included in your rental agreement, said golf is subject to golf course availability. There is no refund or reduction in rental fee’s for inclement weather or due to golf course tournaments or early season closure. In the event the Guest defaults by failing to pay all payments required or permits occupancy by more than the above stated number of persons written in the Rental Agreement, or violates any of the covenants or obligations made or assumed by the Guest pursuant to this Rental Agreement, the Guest shall forfeit all monies paid and Guests right to possession of the premises shall be immediately terminated.
GUESTS OBLIGATIONS. 4.1. The Guest agrees and undertakes:
4.1.1 to submit to and comply with the Booking Validation;
4.1.2 to enter the Property no earlier than the Check-In Time, on the Check-In Date, as stated in the Booking;
4.1.3 to leave the Property no later than the Check-Out Time, on the Check-Out Date, as stated in the Booking;
4.1.4 to notify ALTIDO SCOTLAND LTD or the Host without delay of any Property Damage at the Property and to act as soon as they become aware of any Property Damage or problem to minimise its effects and prevent it becoming worse or causing nuisance to the occupier of any neighbouring premises;
4.1.5 to use the Property only as permitted by the Host and always in a reasonable and responsible manner;
4.1.6 to take full responsibility for the behaviour of any person they have permitted to enter the Property (including any Invitees);
GUESTS OBLIGATIONS. 2.1. Tickets, keys, value cards, deposits
( 1) The use of the pool facilities is only permitted with a valid ticket (GAT - disk) according to stated rates. The rate card schedule forms part of the pool regulations.
GUESTS OBLIGATIONS. (A) Before You board the ship, You must o (i) Pay Your Cruise Fare.
GUESTS OBLIGATIONS. 1.1. The Guest shall use the above mentioned residence only for personal use, and not for any professional purposes, or as a business unit or office.
1.2. The Guest shall ensure that the inventory at the residence shall be kept in good state. The Guest shall act in due diligence while using the residence, furnishing, electrical appliances and the entire inventory. The Guest shall refrain from making any alterations or additions to the inventory.
1.3. In case of a break-down or damage at the residence and/or inventory, the Guest shall inform Bomonti Residence Property Manager immediately.
1.4. The Guest agrees to commit no act that could disturb the tranquility of the other residents of the building and comply with the building regulations. The Guest shall be responsible of the loss of the third parties resulting from Guest’s any unruly behavior.
1.5. The Guest shall not keep and feed any kind of pet in the residence.
1.6. The Guest shall not smoke and take any narcotic drugs in the residence.
1.7. Without the written permission of Bomonti Residence, the Guest shall not give the use of the accommodation or part of it to third parties.
1.8. The Guest shall inform Bomonti Residence Property Manager immediately in case of any happening in the residence that may cause any judicial and/or administrative investigation.
1.9. The Guest shall be responsible for any defacement to the residence during his / her stay. The Guest shall exercise reasonable caution to prevent the occurrence of theft, including closing all doors and windows during the times that he / she is not inside the residence. In case of theft because of the Guest’s own intention or neglectfulness, the Guest agrees to be responsible (either personally or through Guest’s insurer) forstolen/damaged items and furnishing belonging to Bomonti Residence that are not included in Bomonti Residence’s insurance policy. An insurance policy should be made by the Guest, for his/her valuable personal belongings. Bomonti Residence shall not be held responsible for any reason.

An insurance policy should be made by the Guest, for his/her valuable personal belongings. MBS shall not be held responsible for any reason.
GUESTS OBLIGATIONS. 11.1. The Guest must pay for the services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
11.2. The Guest must ensure that children under the age of 18 under their supervision stay at the Accommodation only under adult supervision.
11.3. The Guest is obliged to compensate the Service Provider for any damage caused by them or any persons they are accompanying or responsible for.
GUESTS OBLIGATIONS. The accommodation is offered on a “non- serviced” basis. Guests are responsible for keeping the Premises clean and in good condition.
GUESTS OBLIGATIONS. Throughout the Period of Stay the Guest agrees:-
5.1 To pay the Accommodation Charge in advance.
5.2 to allow the Host access to the Room/Cluster at any time for the purposes of inspection and the carrying out of repairs maintenance and cleaning of the Residence.
5.3 To clean and keep in a tidy condition the Room/Cluster and the common areas of the Residence.
5.4 Not to use the Room/Cluster otherwise than as private living accommodation.
5.5 Not to share the occupation of the Room/Cluster or any part of it nor do or cause anything to be done whereby the occupation of the Room/Cluster is shared with any other person (except with other authorised licensees of the Host) and not under any circumstances to part with possession of the whole or part of the Room/Cluster.
5.6 Not to have overnight visitors longer than two consecutive nights and to ensure that any visitor signs in with security or the Residence manager on arrival at the Residence and on departing the Residence provided that the Host shall be entitled to refuse entry to any visitor in its absolute discretion where such visitor has previously caused the Guest to breach or the Host reasonable considers may cause the Guest to breach the terms of this agreement.
5.7 Not to do permit allow or suffer to be done in the Residence or Room/Cluster anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance or cause or create any discomfort or inconvenience to the Host or to other residents of the Residence and in particular not to make nor permit the making of any noise between 2300 hours and 0800 hours so as to audible outside of the Room/Cluster.
5.8 To keep and deliver up the Room/Cluster and the Host’s furnishings and appliances and effects in a good and clean and tidy condition (fair wear and tear expected) and not to remove any of the said furnishings and effects from the Room/Cluster and if at the termination of this Accommodation Agreement either the Room/Cluster are damaged or the said furnishings and effects are damaged or lost, to pay the Host on demand the amount or value of such loss or damage.
5.9 Not to make any additions or alterations to the Room/Cluster nor to make any alteration to the decoration of the Room/Cluster.
5.10 Not to tamper, force or in any way open the windows of the Residence beyond their restricted opening, which have been restricted for Health and Safety purposes.

GUESTS OBLIGATIONS. You agree to comply with our T & Cs and House Rules and ensure that they are shared and observed by all the members of your party, prior to arrival.
