Hands. 2.3.1. The palms of the driver test dummy shall be in contact with the outer part of the steering wheel rim at the rim's horizontal centreline. The thumbs shall be over the steering wheel rim and shall be lightly taped to the steering wheel rim so that if the hand of the test dummy is pushed upward by a force of not less than 9 N and not more than 22 N, the tape shall release the hand from the steering wheel rim.
Hands. 3.3.1. The palms of the passenger test dummy shall be in contact with outside of thigh. The little finger shall be in contact with the seat cushion.
Hands. The ARTIST requires a minimum of four (4) able- bodied people to assist with the unloading, set-up, loading, etc., of ARTIST'S production. Hands to be made available at production managers specific call times, and their services will be required at load-in and load-out.
Hands. There shall be a minimum of one permanent Lead Hand or Section Leader in each category with the exception of Inspectors and Stores. QUA FI ONS Section Leaders shall be responsible the supervision of Lead Hands and/or in the applicable Section Leaders shall have practical aviation experience and a valid licence, past experience as a Lead and the ability to organise crews and subtrades. The Section Leader must be able to deal with customers and employees. Reporting to the Production Manager or to the Director of Maintenance the Section Leader is responsible for supervising all Lead Hands and their activities, organizing and employees in compliance maintenance requirements for the modification and overhaul of aircraft and aeronautical products. The Section Leader will direct, relieve and/or assist Lead Hands as required. The Manager, Maintenance Division reserves the right to modify, or change any or activities of the Section Leader.

Hands. HANDS is a voluntary home visitation program for moms, dads, and families. HANDS answers questions and provides parents with support in developing a parent-child relationship, at no cost to the family. Harm Reduction Syringe Service Programs (HRSSP) are community-based programs that provide access to sterile needles and syringes, safe disposal of used syringes, and other comprehensive harm reduction services. • Participate in the following events that fall within their term of service, including monthly member training calls, pre-service orientation, AmeriCorps101/Prohibited Activities training, the Serve KY AmeriCorps Accelerator Event, MLK Day of Service, National Service Recognition Day, AmeriCorps Week, End of Year Celebration. • Participate in trainings that fall within their term of service, including Public Health Core Competencies, Community Health Worker Certification (CHW) and continuing CHW education for returning members. • Reporting: submit timesheets weekly, submit program data reports on performance measures monthly • Communication: check emails, return phone calls/texts, and respond to programmatic requests VIII. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Hands. A “Lead Hand” shall be defined as a person who performs work and directs the work of others. He shall not have the authority to hire, fire, suspend or otherwise penalize other employees and he shall be a Union member. When Lead Hands are to be appointed by management, a bid will be posted and the Lead Hand will be selected according to qualifications and seniority. However, it shall be the sole responsibility of management to make the final decision provided that when qualifications are equal, the senior man will be given the preference. It is understood that the differential in wages for lead hands will be a minimum of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour in excess of the driver’s rate of In terminals where the number of employees in the bargaining unit does not exceed four
(4) drivers dock-men, the Company has the right to appoint Lead Hands to cover such operations.
Hands. The Company may, at discretion, designate certain employees as Lead Hands. Any employee so designated will be paid a premium of fifty cents per hour above the Garage Licensed Mechanic rate or sixty-five cents above their current rate (whichever is greater).
Hands. The Company shall select leadhands (as per Ar- ticle 10) whose responsibilities are to assist the production supervisory personnel in the effective and efficient utilization of machines, materials, and human resources. It is further agreed that the role of a Leadhand must remain flexible in changing environment. In cases of idle time, Leadhands may be required to perform other direct or indirect work as determined by his supervisor provided the work is available. It is not the intention of the Company to have a Leadhand replace or displace a classified worker within his group. Under no circumstances will the Leadhand have authority to administer disci- xxxxx or recommend disciplinary actions. Leadhands will be compensated at cents above the classification they are responsible for or cents above their own rate whichever is greater. Should the Plant Committee feel that the xxxx has abused his responsibility, the Plant Chairperson shall point these abuses out to the Human Resources Manager and if upon further investigation the allegations are substantiated the Leadhand will be warned. If a Leadhand receives two such warnings within a twelve month period he shall be relieved of his duties for the duration of this agreement. The terms of the Collective Agreement shall apply to Leadhands in all respects.
Hands. The Company shall retain the right to se- lect lead hands whose responsibilities are to assist the supervisory personnel in the effective and efficient utili- zation of machines, materials and human resources and to perform other assigned duties as required, and will be paid fifty-five (55) cents per hour actually worked as a lead hand above their classification rate, when per- forming assigned lead hand duties.
