Holiday and Day Observed in Lieu of Holiday Facility Closure. When the holiday schedule comes out at the beginning of the year, any situations where a facility will be closed both on the holiday and the day observed in lieu of the holiday will be identified. Employees of the facility shall be paid as if they had worked their normal scheduled hours of work for only one (not both) closure day, whichever closure day represents the greater compensation. Employees of the facility shall accrue compensatory time off at straight time based on their FTE if their normal time off falls on these days for only one (not both) closure day, which ever closure day represents the greater compensation. The work schedules of employees normally scheduled to work both closure days will be made up sufficiently in advance to allow those employees to select any of the following options or combination of options to address the non-compensated closure day:

  • Holiday Falling on Saturday or Sunday For an employee whose normal workweek is from Monday to Friday and when any of the above-noted holidays falls on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday will be deemed to be the holiday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies), will be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.

  • Sunday Premium All hours worked by an Employee on Sunday, shall be paid for on the basis of one and one-half (1½) times the Employee’s Regular Rate of Pay. For the purpose of this Section, Sunday shall be deemed to be the twenty-four (24) hours beginning with the shift change hour nearest to 12:01 a.m.

  • Monday morning (2) The employee should not work more than 16 hours without an 8 hour break.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

  • Additional Holidays Every day declared by the President, or the Governor of this State, as a public fast, mourning, thanksgiving, or holiday, or any day declared by the Governing Board under Education Code Section 45203 shall be a paid holiday for all employees in the bargaining unit.

  • Payment on Maturity Date Borrower shall pay to Lender on the Maturity Date the outstanding principal balance of the Loan, all accrued and unpaid interest and all other amounts due hereunder and under the Note, the Mortgage and the other Loan Documents.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”
