Hospital Consultative Committee. The parties are committed to a consultative process involving Administrative staff and nominated employee representatives. A regular consultative forum comprising of employer representatives and Administration staff and the nominated employee representative will be established in each facility to discuss proposals and issues that may affect Administration staff. The consultative forum will also: • Identify the training needs of Administration staff and develop a plan to be implemented in each facility • Identify workload issues raised by Administration staff and develop a process to address excessive workload issues • Develop and implement a transparent process for the reclassification of positions with each facility • Oversee the implementation of this Union Collective Agreement and address disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement • Discuss any other issue the parties believe are relevant to the workplace. The parties to the agreement recognise that circumstances differ between hospitals and that the purpose of the consultative forum is to develop processes that best suit both the needs of the hospital and of the Administrative staff employed at the hospital. The HCC will meet within one (1) month of the date of lodgement of this Union Collective Agreement.

  • Joint Consultative Committee 46.1 The parties recognise the need for effective communication to improve the business/operational performance and working environment in agencies.

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Joint Consultation Committee a) A committee known as the Joint Consultation Committee shall be established by the parties.

  • Operating Committee the Consortium’s managing body, composed of representatives of the Manager and the Contractors, pursuant to Annex XI.

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.
