Hospital Consultative Team/Local Consultative Committee. A Hospital Consultative Team (HCT)/ Local Consultative Committee (LCC) may be established at individual hospitals to implement and monitor the terms of this agreement. The HCT will consist of employee representatives, Management, the Union and recognised employee members of the HCT/LCC in equal numbers wherever possible. Purpose The purpose of the HCT/LCC is to provide a conduit for the exchange of information and ideas between management and staff. A suggested agenda for the HCT/LCC meetings, to be held at least quarterly, may include:  Feedback from staff, patient and doctor satisfaction surveys  Sharing of new and innovative ideas  Update on quality, education and organisational non-financial issues  Feedback to management on employee issues/grievances (not to replace the usual grievance procedure)  Identifying and addressing industrial relations matters as appropriate  Workload Management  Workplace health and safety matters. Responsibilities of Committee Members  Management HCT/LCC members acknowledge and accept responsibility for providing employee representatives with appropriate information and to respond to genuine concerns raised by employees  Employee representatives acknowledge and accept responsibility to ensure that management are aware of all relevant issues raised by staff and that management responses are reported back to employees as appropriate.

  • Joint Consultative Committee 46.1 The parties recognise the need for effective communication to improve the business/operational performance and working environment in agencies.

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.
