Host Agency. Host Agency shall assign duties to Employee in accord with the goals and purpose of the Fellowship Program and shall mentor, monitor and supervise Employee’s performance on a day-to-day basis. Host Agency shall be responsible for providing Employee with a workspace and with all necessary technology in order to perform the duties assigned by Host Agency to Employee.
Host Agency. County/City, Virginia will as the “host agency” and will be the responsible office to ensure compliance with all appropriate state and federal labor laws. County/City will be the responsible jurisdiction for receiving reimbursement from the Compensation Board for funds expended for the payment of salary to County/City, Virginia. (name) in
Host Agency. For purposes of general administration, the OC shall designate one
(1) Signatory Agency as the Host Agency. The Host Agency will be responsible for maintaining the budget approved by the OC, as well as all budget-related records and receipts.
Host Agency. NSBCUW-Host Agency agrees to: o Subscribe to the C3H Guiding Principles (Attachment A) and C3H Vision (Attachment B). o Serve as the Fiscal Agent and maintain the operating fund for C3H and the accounting documents according to generally accepted accounting practices, and to annually report on the sources and uses of funds in compliance with the program budget. o Serve as the employer of record for the C3H employees. As such, NSBCUW will enroll C3H employee in standard employee and retirement programs including vacation, sick days, and all other benefit agreements. o Provide in-kind support as shown in the program budget (Attachment D). o Receive additional funds from Sponsors or other sources for operations, fund matching, internal operations or subcontracting. o Assign its Executive Director to serve as a member of the C3H Executive Committee and Coordinating Committee. C3H agrees to: o Make a commitment to serve as the lead agency in procuring funds to maintain its operations, on an annual basis. o Establish executive committee to review C3H program and provide guidance to achieve goals and objectives. o Support efforts to expand linkages and coordination with homeless program service providers. o Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards and guidelines pertaining to funding provided to NSBCUW-Host Agency and fiscal agent. o Support the work of the Community Coordinator and contract Facilitator as outlined in the job description (Attachment C).
Host Agency. Pursuant to the Agreement, BRPC has agreed to act as fiscal and administrative agent of the Alliance hereafter called the “Host Agency”.
Host Agency. The parties have agreed that DOE shall serve as the “Host Agency” for the Joint Office. This designation of Host Agency is defined as having the following responsibilities, the costs of which will be covered by funding in Section VI:
1. Provide organizational home and space, both physical and virtual, for the Joint Office;
2. Employ the Joint Office Executive Director and other new Federal hires or contractors as needed and approved by the Parties.
3. Provide administrative support needed to carry out the business of the Joint Office;
4. Coordinate administration of interagency detail assignments;
5. Administer contracts and financial assistance awards for Joint Office activities and track and report overall expenses of the Joint Office;
6. Actively manage risk: Assess and manage joint cost/schedule/performance risks to program delivery;
7. Manage Joint Office schedule and perform assessment and integration of Department- specific schedule activity; and
8. Meet the reporting requirements as promulgated by Treasury Financial Manual Part 2 Chapter 4700 Federal Entity Reporting Requirements; Establish appropriate parent/child reporting taking into account the Accounting Handbook for Trust Fund and General Fund Child Accounts for the FHWA (Child Account Handbook) and DOE financial management policies and procedures
Host Agency. The “Host Agency” is a current Motorola Solutions licensee and customer that is authorized by Motorola Solutions and has agreed to share its use of the Software installed at its facilities with the Shared Agency.
