Hosting Support. During the Term of this Attachment, as part of the Hosting Services, [*] Aetna or its Affiliates, Supplier shall provide Aetna with technical support in connection with the Hosting Services (“Hosting Support”), Supplier shall not engage in any Hosting Support, upgrades, replacement of Services or System Software, or any other activity that may result in Aetna’s inability to use or unavailability to access the Hosting Services, according to the System availability definitions set forth in this Attachment or in any applicable Schedule. Hosting Support. Hosting Support consists of a technical assistance dedicated to Customers who purchased an Hosting and Managed Services Option. Hosting Support includes assistance for issue diagnosis, reproduction and resolution and Task Orders operations (as defined in Appendix 3 – Hosting and Managed Services).
Hosting Support. In addition to the Hosting Services described in the applicable SOW, Company shall provide support in connection with the Hosting Services as follows: (a) conduct website and server maintenance [*]; (b) [*]; (c) provide technical support to Microsoft’s customer service representatives in respect of the operation of the Website and User issues relating thereto as described in the applicable SOW; and (d) provide Microsoft and its designated vendors, contractors and agents with online access to its Commerce Command Console (the “Administration Interface”), through which Microsoft may administer certain parts of the Website; add, remove, or change information related to Products, Upgrades and Third-Party Products available for sale through the Website (including, without limitation, the pricing applicable thereto and promotions in respect thereof) and obtain standard online reports (it being understood and agreed that if Microsoft modifies any terms applicable to the Products, Upgrades or Third-Party Products on the Website(s) through the Administration Interface, that Company shall not be responsible for any deviation between such information, as modified, and any conflicting requirements in this HSA or the applicable SOW). With respect to access and use of the Administration Interface, Microsoft will be responsible for those vendors, contractors and agents to whom Microsoft grants access to the Administration Interface to the same extent as if such vendors, contractors and agents were Microsoft employees.
Hosting Support. 6.1. The hosted infrastructure and applications are monitored 24/7/365. 6.2. Service provision includes monitoring and alerting which is always operational throughout the year. Incidents will be handled as per the Escalation Procedure below. 6.3. To initiate a Service request, the Client needs to follow the issue logging process as defined in the Support Schedule.

  • Marketing Support Planet Payment will provide such marketing support as Acquirer may reasonably require in connection with marketing the Acquirer Program to Merchants, including but not limited to: (a) The participation of Planet Payment personnel at meetings (if available) or conference calls with Merchants; (b) Assistance in the creation of collateral materials; (c) Assistance in the drafting of contractual agreements and addenda for Acquirers; (d) Assistance in training Merchants in the use of Planet Payment’s systems and reports, which will be made available to them under the Acquirer Program and the operation of the Acquirer Program, including but not limited to use of Planet Payment’s MWEB on-line reporting system and providing suitable training materials.

  • Engineering Support When requested by CLEC, CBT shall provide timely engineering support. CLEC shall pay CBT for the use of its engineering services at charges previously agreed to by CLEC.

  • Research Support (a) Having regard to the resources reasonably available for such purposes, the Operator will cooperate with AHS to provide such participation by its Staff as may be reasonable in relation to the carrying out of research within the Province. (b) The Operator agrees to promptly notify AHS in the event that it undertakes or agrees to participate in any form of clinical trial, research project, instrument use, or similar activity which in any way relates to the Services provided under this Agreement. The Operator shall, upon request, provide AHS with written evidence of Client disclosure and consent to research.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year.   • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.
