HR/Immediate Supervisor. All complaints and disputes concerning the interpretation and/or application of the terms of this AgreementIn the event that a resolution between the grievant and the immediate supervisor is not successful, the grievant, together with a Xxxxxxx or Union Representative if requested by the grievant, shall be presented the grievence in writing by the grievant to the grievant’s immediate supervisor the Employer's Human Resources Department within ten (10) working days (Monday through Friday) of the grievant’s knowledge that a grievance exists. The written grievance shall specify the provision of this Agreement allegedly violated, the date of such violation, and the remedy sought by the grievant. The Human Resources Manager or designee in consultation with the immediate supervisor shall be given ten (10) working days (Monday through Friday) to resolve or respond to the grievance. Step 2. Next Level of SupervisionChief Human Resources Officer. If the grievance is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction at Step 1, the employee (and the Shop Xxxxxxx or Union Representative, if requested by the employee) shall present the written grievance to the Director of Chief Human Resources Officer (or designated representative) within ten (10) working days (Monday through Friday) of the immediate supervisor’sStep 1 decision. A meeting between the Chief Human Resources Officer or designee and the grievant (and the Xxxxxxx or Union Representative, if requested by the employee) shall occur within ten (10) working days of the date the grievance is presented. The Director of Chief Human Resources Officer or designated representative shall reply in writing within ten (10) working days (Monday through Friday) following receipt of the grievance the Step 2 meeting.

  • Immediate Supervisor The term "immediate supervisor" as used in this Article refers to the appropriate non-bargaining unit supervisory or management person to whom the employee is accountable.

  • Supervisor A. Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Level Two - Superintendent of Schools a. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Level Three - Superintendent Within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision rendered by the Executive Director of Human Resources, any party in interest may appeal the Director’s decision to the Superintendent, or designee, on forms provided by the School District and the Association. The appeal shall include a copy of the decisions of Level One and Level Two and the grounds for regarding the decision as incorrect. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the appeal, the Superintendent, or designee, shall communicate the decision in writing to all parties in interest. The decision shall include supporting reasons therefor.

  • SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL All supervisors and foremen shall be excluded from the bargaining unit and will not perform any work which falls within the scope of this Agreement. When supervisors and foremen are appointed, a notice to that effect will be posted and maintained on a bulletin board.

  • Supervisory Employees For the purposes of this Article, the parties agree that Supervisory positions are those that are not excluded under Article 2.0 above and that satisfy the following criteria:

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
