Humility. We cannot do this on our own; we recognise we can learn from others.
Humility. Humility is teachability and the antithesis of arrogance! Humility is the ability to not think to highly or to lowly of oneself, but to know that one must be taught by a pastor-teacher to live the spiritual life. Humility. We understand that everyone is good at something. We are good at certain things; others are good at certain things. We think neither less nor more of ourselves than we should. We are confident in our strengths, and we acknowledge our weaknesses. We know that we don’t know everything, but what we do know, we are confident in. We ask for help when we need it. We establish relationships with others who are strong in areas where we are weak. We offer help to those who need our expertise. We hold our heads high when it comes to the work we specialize in.
Humility. I will remain aware of my own skills and limitations. I will not attempt to counsel current or former participants on matters outside the area of my own expertise.

Humility. No job is too big or too small, and everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and work toward that end. There is NO EGO here. We're focused on the goal, not the past or one's self.
Humility. No matter how much success we achieve, it is important to remain humble and remember not to lose our roots, vision, values, and identity. We maintain our loyalty to our community by being good citizens in the areas where we live and work.
