IMAGE CAPTURE. CIC policy prohibits anyone from capturing images showing people or client property within private, lockable work areas without advance permission. CIC policy also requires anyone capturing images in common areas (including common work areas such as coworking and dedicated space in open areas) that include close-up images of individuals or their property to obtain advance permission. Client accepts that images of Client related parties or signage may appear incidentally in general, background, pan, and other non-close-up images captured within common and shared areas. Continuous or automatic image-capture devices (e.g. Google Glass and similar devices) must be set to not-capturing mode while within CIC Premises given that close-up shots of individuals cannot be avoided.

IMAGE CAPTURE. 5.1.1 IMAGE MUST BE CAPTURED AND DISPLAYED AT LEAST AS A 24-BIT COLOR DIGITAL IMAGE. Image WILL be captured and displayed as a 24-bit color digital image. IMAGE CAPTURE. 5.1.6.1.2 THE SYSTEM MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO ALLOW COLLECTION OF THE PHOTO AT VARYING TIMES IN THE BOOKING PROCESS. The system WILL be flexible to allow collection of the photo at varying times in the booking process.
IMAGE CAPTURE. MIS shall provide tools for the operator to scan a photograph(s) of a missing person, and easily manipulate the colors of the scanned backgrounds to match the standard MIS system backgrounds. The operator should also be able to rotate the scanned images, clip an image from a group shot of people, and manipulate the colors. The operator shall be able to scan other images related to a missing person such as, tattoos, jewelry, fingerprints, dental records, etc. MIS shall allow the operator to view the scanned image before it is stored. This will allow for a better quality of picture to be stored. After the image(s) are captured, the operator will be required to enter the case number as described in Appendix H.

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

  • LESSOR'S ACCESS; SHOWING PREMISES; REPAIRS Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Building, as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last one hundred eighty (180) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. All such activities of Lessor shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee.

  • Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.

  • Rooftop Equipment Provided that Tenant complies with the terms of ----------------- this Section, Tenant may, at its risk and expense, install a satellite dish and related communications equipment and wiring (collectively, the "Rooftop ------- Equipment") on the roof of the Building at a location approved by Landlord, --------- which equipment may be used solely by Tenant and its Permitted Transferees or Permitted Sublessees. Before installing the Rooftop Equipment, Tenant shall submit to Landlord for its approval (which approval shall be in Landlord's sole discretion) plans and specifications which (a) specify in detail the design, location, size, and, in the case of a satellite dish, frequency of the Rooftop Equipment and (b) are sufficiently detailed to allow for the installation of the Rooftop Equipment in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with all Laws (the "Legal Requirements"). If Landlord approves of such plans, Tenant ------------------ shall install (in a good and workmanlike manner), maintain and use the Rooftop Equipment in accordance with all Legal Requirements and shall obtain all consents and permits required for the installation and operation thereof; copies of all such permits and evidence of such consents must be submitted to Landlord before Tenant begins to install the Rooftop Equipment. Tenant shall thereafter maintain all permits necessary for the maintenance and operation of the Rooftop Equipment while it is on the Building and operate and maintain the Rooftop Equipment in such a manner so as not to unreasonably interfere with any other satellite, antennae, or other transmission facility on the Building's roof or in the Building. Landlord may require that Tenant screen the Rooftop Equipment with a parapet or other screening device acceptable to Landlord. Tenant shall maintain the Rooftop Equipment and screening device in good repair and condition. Tenant shall, at its risk and expense, remove the Rooftop Equipment (including all wiring related thereto), within five days after the occurrence of any of the following events: (1) the termination of Tenant's right to possess the Premises; (2) the termination of the Lease; (3) the expiration of the Term; or (4)

  • Monthly Base Rent On each Due Date, each Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the Monthly Base Rents that have accrued during the Related Month with respect to all Vehicles that were leased by such Lessee under this Operating Lease on any day during the Related Month;

  • Tenant Improvement Costs The Tenant Improvements’ cost (the “Tenant Improvement Costs”) shall mean and include any and all costs and expenses of the Work, including, without limitation, all of the following:

  • Boiler and Machinery Insurance The Owner shall have the option of purchasing and maintaining boiler and machinery insurance required by the Contract Documents or by law, which shall specifically cover such insured objects during installation and until final acceptance by the Owner.   • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • Construction Contract; Cost Budget Prior to execution of a construction contract, Tenant shal] submit a copy of the proposed contract with the Contractor for the construction of the Tenant Improvements, including the genera] conditions with Contractor (the “Contract”) to Landlord for its approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Following execution of the Contract and prior to commencement of construction, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a fully executed copy of the Contract for Landlord’s records. Prior to the commencement of the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and after Tenant has accepted all bids and proposals for the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a detailed breakdown, by trade, for all of Tenant’s Agents, of the final estimated costs to be incurred or which have been incurred in connection with the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements to be performed by or at the direction of Tenant or the Contractor (the “Construction Budget”), which costs shall include, but not be limited to, the costs of the Architect’s and Engineers’ fees and the Landlord Coordination Fee. The amount, if any, by which the total costs set forth in the Construction Budget exceed the amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance is referred to herein as the “Over Allowance Amount”. In the event that an Over-Allowance Amount exists, then prior to the commencement of construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall supply Landlord with cash in an amount equal to the Over- Allowance Amount. The Over-Allowance Amount shall be disbursed by Landlord prior to the disbursement of any of the then remaining portion of the Tenant Improvement Allowance, and such disbursement shall be pursuant to the same procedure as the Tenant Improvement Allowance. In the event that, after the total costs set forth in the Construction Budget have been delivered by Tenant to Landlord, the costs relating to the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements shall change, any additional costs for such design and construction in excess of the total costs set forth in the Construction Budget shall be added to the Over-Allowance Amount and the total costs set forth in the Construction Budget, and such additional costs shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord immediately as an addition to the Over-Allowance Amount or at Landlord’s option, Tenant shall make payments for such additional costs out of its own funds, but Tenant shall continue to provide Landlord with the documents described in items (1), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of Section 2.2.2.1 of this Tenant Work Letter, above, for Landlord’s approval, prior to Tenant paying such costs. All Tenant Improvements paid for by the Over-Allowance Amount shall be deemed Landlord’s property under the terms of the Lease. 4.2.2
