In-Grade Salary Adjustments. In-grade salary adjustments may be used to provide increases to employees who either transfer to a different position within the same salary grade or who assume a demonstrable increase in their job duties and outcomes within the same position. All requests for in-grade salary adjustments require concurrence by the supervisor, the department/division head, and the appropriate Vice President/Xxxxxxx. Requests will be submitted to UHR to determine if the additional responsibilities added to the position are appropriate within the current grade. In-Grade Salary Adjustments. The Employer, at its discretion, may approve in-grade salary increases for any employee in the bargaining unit at any time, for the following reasons: a change in level of duties and responsibilities, meritorious performance with increased level of functioning, market competitiveness or retention, employment offer or active recruitment from outside of the University, or internal equity.
In-Grade Salary Adjustments. The Employer, at its discretion, may approve in-grade 42 salary increases for any employee in the bargaining unit at any time, for the following 43 reasons: a change in level of duties and responsibilities, meritorious performance with 1 increased level of functioning, , market competitiveness or retention, employment offer 2 or active recruitment from outside of the University, or internal equity.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.

  • Salary Adjustment The salary of an employee returning from uncompensated leave shall be adjusted to reflect all non-discretionary increases distributed during the period of leave. While on such leave, an employee shall be eligible to participate in any special salary incentive programs.

  • SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS 198. Appointments to positions in the City and County Service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.

  • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. Base Rent, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Base Rent adjustments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.

  • Pay Adjustments 10.1 Where the rate of pay of a job or position is adjusted upward, the employee shall be placed on the lowest step of the new pay range which will give him/her an increase as follows:

  • Monthly Salary The words “monthly salary” when used in this Agreement shall mean: (Bi-weekly pay at regular rate of pay times 26.1) divided by 12 = monthly salary
