INDEX SALARY SCHEDULE. The base salary for a bachelor degree teacher with no prior experience shall be $32,100 for 2014-2015. The vertical index shall be a 5% increment and the horizontal index shall be a 4%. The number of steps, horizontal and vertical, are shown on the Salary Schedule attached hereto, and made a part hereof. Salary increment for additional duties shall be shown on the Extra Duty increment schedule attached hereto, and made a part of the salary schedule.

INDEX SALARY SCHEDULE. The base salary for a bachelor degree teacher with no prior experience shall be $30,900 for 2012-2013 and $31,450 in 2013-2014. Potential changes to the base in 2013-2014 due to BC/BS rate increases: The $550 base increase for 2013-14 will be decreased by $50 increments for every full 1% it is over the limit of 5%. INDEX SALARY SCHEDULE. The salary schedule for the contracted teachers of the District shall be in accordance with Salary Schedule I attached.   • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:

  • SUPPLEMENTAL SALARY SCHEDULE 12.01 Every effort shall be made by the Board to post supplemental positions in a timely manner each school year. Bargaining unit members may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting. If no qualified bargaining unit member applies for the supplemental position, the Board may fill the vacancy with individuals not in the bargaining unit.

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • SALARY RATES Section 12.1 The following shall apply to full-time employees:

  • Current Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with his or her current salary range will retain his or her current salary.
