INDIVIDUAL COMMUNICATIONS. 4.1 Notwithstanding Section 3 of this Communications Protocol (Joint Communications), Canada and BCHMC retain the right to communicate information to Canadians about the Agreement and the use of funds to meet their respective legislated and regulatory obligations through their respective Communications Activities, with prior notice.

INDIVIDUAL COMMUNICATIONS. 3.1 Notwithstanding Section 2 of this Schedule, the Parties retain the right to meet their respective obligations to communicate information to Canadians and British Columbians about this Agreement and the use of funds through their own communications activities.

INDIVIDUAL COMMUNICATIONS a) Notwithstanding Section E.3 of this Communications Protocol (Joint Communications), Canada retains the right to meet its obligations to communicate information to Canadians about the Agreement and the use of funds through its own Communications Activities.
INDIVIDUAL COMMUNICATIONS. 9.2.1 The Parties agree that its public communications (announcements and promotional material) related to the use of funding under this Agreement will acknowledge the financial contributions of the other Party. Wherever Alberta's visual identity is used (both online and physical), the Government of Canada's visual identity must be used as well.
