Industrial First Aid Premium a) Designated employees possessing an Occupational First Aid certificate shall receive two dollars ($2.00) per hour provided they hold and maintain a minimum of a current Occupational First Aid Level III certificate. All other employees holding a valid Occupational First Aid Level III certification shall receive fifty cents ($.50) per hour in addition to their regular wages. The City will require these employees to act as designated First Aid Attendants as required.

Industrial First Aid Premium. Each Member who is a holder in good standing of an Industrial First-Aid Certificate awarded by the Board of Examiners pursuant to the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act of British Columbia as amended from time to time, and who is designated by the Employer to perform such first- aid duties, shall receive a premium payment in accordance with the following schedule: Occupational First Aid Level 2 - $85.00 per month Occupational First Aid Level 3 - $100.00 per month

  • Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.

  • Industrial Accident and Illness Leave shall be granted for illness or injury incurred within the course and scope of an employee's assigned duties. The employee who has sustained a job-related injury shall report the injury on an Office approved accident form to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours. An employee shall report any illness, in writing, to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours of knowledge that the illness is an alleged industrial illness. Requirements for such leave shall be:
