Information about employees. 23.1. The Authority may at any time by notice require the Contractor to disclose such information as the Authority may require to the Authority or at the direction of the Authority to any prospective Replacement Contractor relating to the manner in which the Goods and related services are organised or information about any employee who is wholly or mainly assigned to carrying out activities in provision of the Goods and related services whether employed by the Contractor or Affiliate of the Contractor or a sub-contractor (“Assigned Employee”). The information required by the Authority about Assigned Employees may include Employee Liability Information and/or Staffing Information.
23.2. The Contractor must disclose by notice all such information as is required by the Authority under clause 23.1, within such reasonable period specified by the Authority. The Contractor acknowledges that the Data Protection Laws do not prevent the disclosure of anonymised data that is not Personal Data.
23.3. The Contractor warrants for the benefit of the Authority and any Replacement Contractor that all information provided pursuant to this clause shall be true and accurate in all material respects at the time of providing the information. The Authority may at any time require the Contractor to confirm whether information provided under this clause remains true and accurate in all material respects or ask it to provide updated information.
23.4. The Authority shall be permitted to use and disclose the information provided by the Contractor under this clause for the purpose of informing any prospective Replacement Contractor.
Information about employees. The Organisation shall within six months before the expiry of this Agreement or within such other period as the Council may specify in the event of an earlier termination of this Agreement either in whole or in part and upon a continuing basis provide such information as the Council may require about the terms and conditions of employment of any employees employed by the Organisation in connection with the provision of the Services so as to enable the Council and any third party to assess the implications (if any) of the Regulations.

21.4 The Purchaser shall be permitted to use and disclose the information provided by the Contractor under this Clause 21 for the purpose of informing any prospective Replacement Contractor.
Information about employees. 62.1 The Organisation shall, to the extent permitted by Legislation, upon the request of the Council at any time during the period of one year before the expiry of the Agreement or after the service of a Part Termination Notice or Termination Notice:
62.1.1 within twenty (20) Working Days deliver to the Council in writing complete, accurate and up-to-date information relating to each of its employee's terms and conditions of employment, job title, age, length of service and benefits, and such other information relating to the employees as the Council reasonably requests;
62.1.2 permit the Council to use such information for the purposes of retendering the Services or any services equivalent to any of the Services or arranging for the Services to be undertaken by another organisation; and
62.1.3 enable and assist the Council and any future provider of the Services to communicate with and meet the Organisation’s employees and the recognised trade unions and / or other approved representatives of the employers.
62.2 The Organisation warrants that it will take reasonable skill and care in preparing the information pursuant to Clause 62.1.1.

The Public Body may at any time by notice require Xxxx XxxXxxxxx Ltd to disclose such information as the Public Body may require to the Public Body or at the direction of the Public Body to any prospective Replacement Xxxx XxxXxxxxx Ltd relating to the manner in which the Services are organised or about any employee who is wholly mainly assigned to carrying out activities in provision of the Services, whether employed by Xxxx XxxXxxxxx Ltd or Xxxx XxxXxxxxx Ltd Representatives (“Assigned Employee”). The information required by the Public Body about Assigned Employees may include Employee Liability Information and/or Staffing Information.
25.2. Xxxx XxxXxxxxx Ltd must disclose by notice all such information as is required by the Public Body under clause 25.1, within such reasonable period specified by the Public Body. Xxxx XxxXxxxxx Ltd acknowledges that the Data Protection Laws do not prevent the disclosure of anonymised data that is not Personal Data.
25.3. Xxxx XxxXxxxxx Ltd warrants for the benefit of the Public Body and any Replacement Xxxx XxxXxxxxx Ltd that all information provided pursuant to this clause shall be true and accurate in all material respects at the time of providing the information. The Public Body may at any time require Xxxx XxxXxxxxx Ltd to confirm whether information provided under this clause remains true and accurate in all material respects or ask it to provide updated information.
25.4. The Public Body shall be permitted to use and disclose all of the information provided by Xxxx XxxXxxxxx Ltd under this clause for the purpose of rendering the Services and/or inviting bids from any prospective Replacement Service Supplier .
Information about employees. Not later than 5 days before the Completion Date (or, in respect of a person who becomes an Employee in the period between the date of this agreement and the Completion Date, as soon as practicable after they become an Employee), Affinity must provide a written statement to GTG setting out:
(a) the name of each Employee;
(b) each Employee’s employment commencement date with Affinity;
(c) any changes to the information contained in the due diligence materials relating to any Employee;
(d) accurate and up to date details of each Employee’s accrued but untaken or pro rata annual leave (including rostered days off) and personal leave (comprising sick and carer’s leave or any other statutory leave period);
(e) any workers compensation claim lodged by any Employee where such Claim is founded upon an injury or an aggravation of an injury allegedly caused or arising from an event or circumstances occurring during the Employee’s employment by Affinity; and
(f) any Claim made, or notice given by an Employee relating to that Employee’s employment with Affinity, including any termination of employment of that Employee by Affinity.
