Initial Salary Column Placement. 16.3.1.1 Any academic certificate, license, degree, or the equivalent, issued by TSPC, the State of Oregon, an accredited institution of higher education, or a professional society, shall qualify for placement on the corresponding column of the salary schedule.

  • Initial Salary Placement Column Credit toward initial column placement begins with the Child Development Permit. Courses completed in addition to the Permit must be completed through an accredited college and shall be those courses offered for the attainment of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree and applicable to the field of Early Childhood education. Coursework grades need to be “C” or better, (Pass or Credit also apply). The teacher is required to provide an official transcript to Human Resources to verify and confirm their column placement.

  • Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.

  • Basic Salary Schedule The salaries of the members of the facilities and maintenance bargaining unit are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and made part of this Agreement.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions.
