INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. All exhibit set-up must be completed and approved by the Fair before 3:00 pm the evening before opening day of the Event. All space not occupied by that time, will revert to the Fair and all payments forfeited. All indoor exhibits must remain open the last day of the Event until 8:00 pm, or other time stated by the Fair; all outdoor vendors/concessions must stay open until mid way closes. All food vendors must check out at the Vendor Office and pick up their release slip after closing. All others will get a slip from the Concessions/Exhibits Manager. The release slip must be presented at the gate upon removal of a concession stand or exhibit. Under no cir- cumstances will goods or equipment be permitted to be removed until closing hour of the Event. Any material not removed two (2) days fol- lowing the official closing of the Event will be considered automatically conveyed and transferred to the Fair and the Fair has the sole and arbitrary right to dispose of the property in any manner. The Exhibitor hereby grants to the Fair a lien on all property brought onto the Fair grounds as security for all obligations of the Exhibitor under this Agreement. All monies due and owing the Fair shall be paid prior to any of Exhibitor’s property being removed. No vehicles are allowed in the Buildings for set-up or tear-down.
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. Exhibits must be fully installed by noon on Friday, September 30, 2022. After this hour, no installation work will be permitted without special permission from Spicy Food Productions LLC. All exhibits must remain intact until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 2, 2022 and may not be dismantled or removed until that hour. Early tear down will affect Exhibitor’s participation in future events.
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. Exhibitors are expected to complete pre-show installation and arrange for the removal of boxes and crates by Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 8:00 PM. Further setup work by the exhibitor shall be performed in a manner so as to prevent interference with other exhibitors or spectators. The Exhibit Committee reserves the right to remove, at the exhibitor’s expense and risk, all materials pertaining to the space allotted to such exhibitor and to take other actions such as cancel this agreement. In such event, the AAFP shall retain the amount paid by such exhibitor as space rental and for liquidated damages covering expenses paid by the AAFP and the loss of rental from other exhibitors. All post-show exhibits not removed by Saturday February 27, 2021 by 4:00 PM may be removed by the AAFP or the hotel at the expense and risk of the exhibitor.

Where Exhibitor fails to or inadequately tapes down individual booth carpeting, the Official Service Contractor will do so and charge the Exhibitor. Exhibits may be dismantled between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 noon, Thursday, April 13, 2023. The Exhibition Hall must be vacated by 12 noon, Thursday, April 13, 2023. Any exhibits or materials remaining in the Exhibition Hall after 12 noon, Thursday, April 13, 2023 may be (1) returned to the Exhibitor by truck freight at the Exhibitor’s sole risk and expense or (2) deemed abandoned and discarded by Atlanta Apartment Association. No installing, dismantling, rearranging, repairing, servicing, removing or supplementing of exhibits will be permitted during Show hours without permission of Atlanta Apartment Association.

Any exhibit space not occupied by Event opening will cause the Participant to be in default of this Agreement. All exhibits must be removed from the Venue by 8 p.m. on the day of the Event. CONTESTS AND PRIZES. Any and all prizes and/or contest awards of any type won or registered for at the Event must be awarded to the winners prior to the close of the Event. Prize registrations may not be sold to any company or corporation. All prize give‐aways must conform to Ohio and Federal Law and must be “FREE” to winner with no accompanying cost.

INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. Exhibits must be completely assembled during the times designated by the HBA. Exhibits must be removed when instructed by the HBA. Exhibits may not be removed at any time after installation until final closing of the Show unless the HBA approves in writing. Each exhibitor hereby grants to the HBA a security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the state in which the Show is held in all property of the exhibitor at the Show as security for payment of all amounts which shall be owed by exhibitor to the HBA. In case of attachments or other legal proceedings, the HBA may take charge of exhibits.
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. The exhibit area will be available Wednesday, April 3 from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, and Thursday, April 4, 8:00 am to 12:00 noon for exhibit preparation and must be ready for final inspection no later than 12:00 noon on April 4. It is mutually agreed that each exhibitor shall be responsible for the delivery and removal of the exhibitor's equipment and/or display materials to and from the exhibit area. The exhibit hours are: Thursday, April 4, 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm; Friday, April 5, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, April 6, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Dismantle is Saturday, April 6 from 2:00-6:00 pm. Exhibit dismantling may not begin until 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 6. AOTA reserves the right to make changes for compelling reasons to the day and or hours indicated above. Exhibitors will be notified of any changes in advance of the Exposition. The exhibitor “no-show” policy is as follows: If booth space is not occupied by 12pm, Thursday, April 4, 2019 in accordance with show policy, AOTA shall have the right to use the space. Reletting by AOTA of an Exhibitor’s cancelled space shall not act to excuse Exhibitors from assessment.
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. Sponsor may set up exhibit for the Conference at the designated hours on the day preceding the Conference. If Sponsor fails to completely set up its exhibit at the designated hours, Sponsor will be denied access to the exhibit area for all purposes during the initial day of the Conference. Thereafter, access to the exhibit area will be granted to Sponsor at the sole discretion of ISACA. Dismantling of exhibits may not commence prior to the designated time on the final day of the exhibition. Where dismantling of Exhibits is initiated prior to the appointed time, XXXXX may charge an additional USD $500 to the Sponsor. Such amount will be due thirty days after invoiced by XXXXX. All materials and equipment used in connection with the exhibit must be completely packed and ready for removal or shipment on the final day of the exhibition at the designated time, unless the Venue grants permission for longer storage or special handling.
