Instructor Requirements. PROVIDER agrees that at all times each of its VPK instructor(s) and substitute instructor(s) meet the eligibility requirements in accordance with sections 1002.55, 1002.61, or 1002.63, F.S.

Edgenuity shall be solely responsible for all decisions regarding hiring, supervision, discipline, and dismissal of Edgenuity Instructors, and for ensuring that all Edgenuity Instructors meet and comply with Instructor Requirements.

Instructor Requirements. 5.01 Instructors and Assistant/Substitute Instructors shall be required to fill out an application, shall be subject to a background investigation, and shall be required to execute “Consent to Release Information” and “Criminal Records Check and Screening” forms prior to the beginning of the program or prior to teaching or assisting with a class.

Instructor Requirements. Distributor must provide at least one instructor that will teach classes on the Product. Instructors are required to i) achieve a passing score on the corresponding certification exam for the class they teach and ii) hold an industry teaching designation, such as Microsoft Certified Trainer, Certified Cisco Systems Instructor, AWS Authorized Instructor, or comparable credential.
