Integration with Other Benefits. Pregnancy Disability Leaves of Absence and accommodations that require an employee to work a reduced work schedule or to take time off from work intermittently are unpaid. An employee may elect to use accrued sick leave and/or accrued vacation benefits during the unpaid leave of absence. However, use of paid time off will not extend the available leave of absence time. Vacation and sick leave hours will not accrue during any unpaid portion of the leave of absence, and an employee will not receive pay for official holidays that are observed during her leave of absence except during those periods when the employee is substituting vacation or sick leave for unpaid leave.
Integration with Other Benefits. After exhaustion of sick leave benefits may be integrated with vacation and/or substitute differential. At no time will vacation integration be approved retroactively.

Integration with Other Benefits. Employee is not entitled to receive any compensation or benefits upon his termination except as: (i) set forth in this Agreement; (ii) otherwise required by law; or (iii) otherwise required by any employee benefit plan in which Employee participates with the following exception. The terms and conditions afforded Employee under this Agreement are in lieu of any severance benefits to which Employee otherwise might be entitled pursuant to a severance plan, policy or practice. Nothing in this Agreement, however, is intended to waive or supplant any death, disability, retirement, 401(k) pension benefits, or group health continuation rights, if any, to which he may be entitled under employee benefit plans in which Employee participates.
