Just Cause Suspension Without Pay and Termination. A. No employee, (other than a probationary employee) will be suspended without pay or terminated without just cause. B. Prior to the suspension without pay or termination of a non-probationary employee, the employee shall have a right to a conference with the supervisor imposing such action. At the employee’s request a Union representative will be present. The specific grounds forming the basis for the suspension or termination shall be made available to the employee and the Union in writing at least twenty four (24) hours in advance of such conference. If the employee does not request Union representation, the Union Xxxxxxx shall nevertheless be entitled to be present.

At the Bargaining Unit Employee’s request, a Union representative will be present. The specific grounds forming the basis for the suspension or termination shall be made available to the Bargaining Unit Employee and the Union in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of such conference. Only the Board after a due process hearing can terminate a Bargaining Unit Employee.
