Keys and Access. Licensees must use their individually issued keys and/or access card or GatorPass or iButton to access secured residential areas and maintain possession of their keys at all times. All keys remain the property of the University and must be returned upon the Licensee’s checkout. Licensees are not allowed to duplicate, loan, sell, or transfer any University issued key or access card or Gator Pass or iButton for the purpose of allowing any other person access to or use of facilities.
Keys and Access. A. I understand that the misuse or misplacing of master keys, USF ID cards, and any work-related keys, access, and housing-issued identification may result in progressive discipline, up to and including termination from the RA position.
B. I will follow university policy in regards to identification card use and will not give my identification card to others.
C. As part of my responsibilities, I agree to the terms listed in the KeyTrak Student Staff Agreement outlined below and understand that I am responsible for knowing the policies and procedures for using KeyTrak.
i. Keys are to be accessed only when necessary. Student Staff should only access keys deemed necessary by their position and supervisor. Failure to follow procedures regarding key access may result in documentation, probation, termination, criminal charges, and/or referral to the Office of Student Conduct and Ethical Development..
ii. Student Staff can only access keys after given permission from a professional or graduate staff member in the following situations: • Resident lock outs, given that the RA has consulted with the desk staff to verify the identity of the resident and that the temporary key is unavailable. • Access to emergency facilities equipment. • Mailroom keys, programming spaces, area offices, etc. • Other uses only as directed by a professional or graduate staff member
iii. Student Staff are not to enter a resident’s room without that resident or a professional staff member present, unless directed to do so by a professional staff member. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination.
iv. Keys should only be taken out when necessary and returned immediately after use. Lost keys may result in progressive discipline, up to and including termination, and/or referral to the Office of Student Conduct and Ethical Development. The student staff member may also be responsible for cost associated with the lost key(s).
v. KeyTrak lanyards must be worn around the neck at all times.
vi. Before and after removing or returning a key to KeyTrak, I will utilize an alcohol wipe to sanitize the touchscreen and fingerprint reader.
Keys and Access. Black Duck Software agrees to provide Licensee those authorization keys and/or passwords, which are necessary to permit Licensee to gain access to the CBT made available to Licensee for the CBT which has been properly licensed to Licensee in accordance with this CBT Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this CBT Agreement, Licensee hereby acknowledges that Licensee shall have no right or license to any software made available to Licensee which has not been properly licensed to Licensee pursuant to this CBT Agreement or that has been included therein solely as a matter of convenience, and that Xxxxxxxx agrees not to attempt to gain access to, or permit any third party to attempt to gain access to, such software.

Wind River agrees to provide to Customer those Software keys which are reasonably necessary to permit Customer to gain access to Software contained on media shipped to Customer and which software has been properly licensed to Customer pursuant to an Order Form. All such software keys are the Confidential Information of Wind River. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Customer hereby acknowledges that Customer shall have no right or license to any software shipped to Customer on media as provided above which software is not properly licensed pursuant to an Order Form, that any such software is included therein solely as a matter of administrative convenience, and Customer further agrees not to attempt to gain access to, or permit any third party to attempt to gain access to, such software. Customer acknowledges that this Software may contain functionality that will cause it to stop operating on a certain date.

Keys and Access. 9.1 You must not duplicate any keys or access cards issued to you or use the keys/cards otherwise than in accordance with the purpose for which they were issued.
9.2 If you lose your keys, you will be charged for the cost of a replacement.
9.3 You must not leave your accommodation without your key/card. If you lock yourself out of your accommodation, the College (or its nominees) will take steps to arrange to provide you with access to your accommodation within a reasonable period. Other than in exceptional circumstances, you will be charged any costs reasonably incurred by the College as a result.
9.4 Keys/cards must be returned to the hall/residence reception when vacating the accommodation in accordance with clause 16.
1. If you fail to return keys by the allocated time, you will be charged the cost of obtaining replacement keys or if reasonably necessary, the cost of changing locks (including labour charges). In the event the non-return of the keys/cards results in an incoming student being delayed, the College may charge for you for further costs incurred by the College as a result.
9.5 The College reserves the right to enter (or for its nominees to enter) your accommodation at reasonable times and subject to reasonable notice to make periodic checks, or for any other reasonable purpose. In exceptional circumstances, where urgent entry is deemed appropriate, the College reserves the right to enter (or for its nominees to enter) your accommodation at any time without notice.

Owner shall not keep or maintain keys or require that Broker provide copies of keys to the Property, and shall not enter the Property while rented, without being accompanied by Broker or one of Broker's agents. This is to protect Owner and Broker from unnecessary liability, as well as to protect tenants' rights to privacy and quiet enjoyment. A $100 fee applies to accompany Owner into Property.

Keys and Access. 11.1 The Licensee agrees to return any swipe cards or key fobs issued in respect of the Residence when it vacates the Accommodation. If the Licensee loses swipe cards or key fobs during the Period of Residence or fails to return any swipe cards or key fobs at the end or sooner expiry of the Licence, it will be liable for the cost of obtaining replacements or, if necessary, the cost of changing locks (including labour charges).
11.2 The Licensee will allow GradPad, the Agents, the Management Company and all others authorised by them with any necessary contractors and workmen to enter the Accommodation at all reasonable times upon 24 hours’ prior written notice, or in the event of emergency at any time without notice, causing as little inconvenience to the Licensee as reasonably practicable, in order to view the state and condition of the Accommodation or for any other reasonable purpose including to ascertain whether the Licensee is complying with the terms of this Licence. For the avoidance of doubt, such inspections will be carried out at least 3 times during the Period of Residence.
11.3 If such an inspection leads GradPad to conclude that the Licensee has breached the terms of this Licence then GradPad shall in its absolute discretion either:
11.3.1 give the Licensee written notice requiring it to remedy any breach or non-performance of any of its covenants or conditions in this Licence within such reasonable timescale as shall be set out in the notice. Without prejudice to any other remedies available to GradPad, if the Licensee fails within that timescale to comply with any such notice then GradPad may (but shall not be obliged to) enter and remain upon the Accommodation (with or without agents, workmen and with all necessary tools and appliances) and remedy the relevant breach or non performance at the Licensee's cost; or
11.3.2 enter and remain upon the Accommodation (with or without agents, workmen and with all necessary tools and appliances) and remedy the relevant breach or non performance at the Licensee's cost.
