Kilometrage. Employees shall be entitled to reimbursement for kilometrage, at the prevailing University rate, when the Employer and the employee agree that the use of a personal vehicle to carry out employment obligations is appropriate.
Kilometrage. It is the responsibility of every employee to make their own transportation arrangements to report to work at the start of their work shift at their designated work location and to return home after work. An employee who is required to report to an alternate work location which is greater than the distance the employee travels between home and his/her designated work location will be compensated for the extra distance travelled. Travel compensation will only be paid to the employee providing the vehicle, and will not be paid if the employee is travelling with another employee as a passenger. The Employer reserves the right to provide transportation with Department vehicles.
Kilometrage. 16.4.1. All teachers will be paid kilometrage, at the Employer rate, when an Employee is on authorized Employer Business and have received prior approval by superintendent or designate to use their own vehicle.
Kilometrage. An employee using his/her vehicle shall be entitled to the differential kilometrage expense for the distance travelled between his/her residence and a temporary point of assembly which is in excess of the kilometres travelled to his/her point of assembly. Employees who are on travel status requiring overnight accommodation may claim actual kilometres up to a maximum of thirty (30) kilometres per day between their accommodation and their temporary point of assembly for each day worked.
Kilometrage. EMPLOYEES authorized by their immediate management supervisor to use their automobile for EMPLOYER’S business shall be reimbursed at the rate of 43.66 cents per kilometer or in accordance with the CBRM travel policy, whichever is the greater.
Kilometrage. 10.05.01 Employees who are authorized to use their vehicles in the normal course of carrying out the Employer's business shall be reimbursed at the kilometrage rate as set by the Board from time to time. Employees who are authorized to use their vehicles in the normal course of carrying out the Employer's business shall be reimbursed at two cents ($0.02) less than the kilometrage rate as set by the Board from time to time.
10.05.02 Employees shall submit kilometrage reports to the Employer and payment for kilometrage shall be made in accordance with Board procedures.
10.05.03 A member will be paid xxxxxxxxxxx based on the total driven from their home and return in a day, less two times the shorter distance of either:
a) the number of kilometres from the Regional Education Centre/home base to home or;
b) the number of kilometres from the closest school/site visited on that day.

For kilometrage that occurs after January 1, 2004, Employees who are authorized to use their vehicles in the normal course of carrying out the Employer’s business shall be reimbursed at four cents ($0.04) less than the kilometrage rate as set by the Board from time to time.

Kilometrage. 23.01 Employees authorized to use a vehicle to perform the business of the Employer, the Employer shall pay $.30 per kilometer for the first 400 kilometers in one month; the next 200 kilometers will be paid at $.28 per kilometer; and the next 300 kilometers will be paid at $.25 per kilometer.
Kilometrage. 4.2.1 Except where a teacher agrees otherwise, a teacher authorized or assigned by the Employer to travel by automobile to two or more schools in the performance of his or her duties shall be reimbursed at the kilometrage rate set for trustees of the Employer.
Kilometrage. 80 kilometres equals one (1) hours pay at: First full payroll after Date of Ratification - $20.33 per hour Twenty-six (26) payrolls after Date of Ratification (year two (2))-$20.74 per hour Fifty-two (52) payrolls after Date of Ratification (year three (3))- $21.16 per hour
